Tried to make a reservation over the phone. I was asked to email my request and provide the usual info, (name, address, telephone number, and dates of my visit) along with my credit card information. I explained that for security reasons I couldn’t provide my credit card info in an email and gave all the required data over the phone. It was accepted. I followed up the phone call with an E-Mail (as requested) with the same information, minus the credit card data. My room was now booked. I woke up to a text the next morning informing me my reservation was canceled because they couldn’t contact me via my email address. The room was given to someone else, and the hotel was now full. The text was sent at almost midnight at 23:56. At 15:06 in the afternoon, a second text was sent again stating they had to cancel my reservation. No reason was given. I understand that e-mail is not 100% reliable. But they could’ve (and should have) called me the next day to verify my e-mail ‭address. This was totally unreliable service. I will not contact this hotel again, ever.
After booking my accommodations elsewhere over the phone and using the same e-mail address, the next hotel had no trouble e-mailing my confirmation. 
Based on my experience, I’d recommend avoiding this hotel.


Terrible Service / Reservation Canceled Without Reason

The rooms were very clean. We spent the night with the family at the hotel. Breakfast could have been richer otherwise ok the location was ideal for us because the wedding hall was nearby. It's also a very quiet area. Exhibition halls are also nearby.

Wedding Night

The hotel is not acceptable after 7:00 pm no one else in the house I'm not sure if it can be called the hotel. When booking were promised parking spaces which is not valid. 3 or 4 streets you can park then you can see us bringing your cake to the hotel. I'm disappointed.

Hotel?

I had two nights in room 6 on the second floor. The room is large enough but is located on the street. The loopy round window keeps the noise of isolated vehicles on the street nearby but closes it almost completely. The rooms and bathrooms were very clean, there was a dryer. In the room I found a water boiler with tea and instant coffee. The TV was large enough but only with analog TV to operate without interference. The free Wi-Fi was signal-fast and fast. In the foyer you can use acceptable trains at the minibar, as well as search for DVDs and take up rooms. Free parking is available on the higher level of the driveway, since the departure is for a little bit of an hour, but the price of the car is in line with the price of the parking lot.

Hardly any criticisms

The Crystal Hotel is very well connected by road and is ideal for this purpose. Everything is clean and convenient, free Wi-Fi. Only the (free!!!) underground garage is super narrow for a van. Paint tracks on the entrance walls can't lie. With patience and skill, you can do it.
