Hotel located on a beautiful avenue, nice discreet entrance. The hotel itself is simple, clean although the décor is a little old. The rooms are ordinary but clean. Good littery. Very quiet. It is a two-star so not to be too demanding. Price however too high compared to the quality provided. To book with Booking to have a correct price. The staff is hospitable and very kind. The breakfast buffet is small but good. You didn't expect more. In short, for a night or maxi a weekend it is enough and falls off if you are not very demanding.

Yes, but...

Very well located hotel (close to the city centre) welcoming staff and flexible on arrival times. Clean and well equipped room. Maybe a little badly sounded but very quiet so no problem to spend a good night.

Satisfied

Disappointed because for a house in France, I thought it would be a little more modern. You'd have to remove the carpet that generates a locked-in smell, old man. The front door had traces and that's the first thing you see when you get there; as for the room, it's fine (except for 1 app that didn't work because the light bulb was grilled). It's nice to have the toilets separated from the bathroom. Free parking and wifi is very appreciated. Convenient hotel when you want to go to the center of Dijon by walking quietly along this great avenue.

Just for one night.

Friendly staff, hotel and clean room, good beds, but too small toilets and no soundproofing, free but quick-packed parking, 20 minutes' walk from downtown Dijon.

Correct

The staff is really nice, the girls working were kind and polite.

The room was very small, tiny toilet and shower. 
Very uncomfortable pillows. 
The door that leads to the rooms is really noisy (the corridor door) specially night time and morning.

There was a noise in the room the whole night vert annoying and almost impossible to sleep. 

No fridge or other extras. Everything quite old.

I think the 56 euros are too much for that kind of room, without breakfast. Overpriced.

Just okay but pictures are not the same

Had we not upgraded to a superior room for just 15 euros, we would have been left with a desultory impression. The worn stair carpets, sad decor, small room and poky loo. But we did... good call! Bright, spacious, comfy room. Excellent fresh breakfast. Leafy boulevard walk into delightful Dijon. 

A tale of two halves 

This is our second stay at this Hotel. We love the locations for Dijon City centre which is a short walk away. We were able to leave the car in the hotels car park for the couple of days and walk every where giving us a break after the drive from Calais. The Hotel is clean but the decor is so old. I personally feel that the Hotel needs money spent on it, its passed its best. Breakfast is pricey for what you get, had better in other hotels.

Short stop over

The hotel says that everything is easy to reach with the elevator - but does not say, that there are 12 very steep stairs BEFORE you get into the house at all. The hotel says that there is private parking - they do not say that there is not nearly enough parking for the guests, even if the hotel is half empty. 

Our room was terribly small, bathroom with folding door which was VERY sticky. Light switch behind the mirror - had a hard time to find it. The toilet is so small, that an adult cannot close the door when sitting - knees too far out! The bed is also VERY small, even for being a french bed.
The only good thing is that looking out of the window you see trees and not streets.
The internet is also quite slow, you quite often get thrown out.

steep stairs, parking too small, not worth the money

I stayed in this room and tbh it's not the greatest at all we had ants in our room and I think we was on the 3rd floor the shower was unusable as everytime you pushed the shower head which is mounted to the wall it would instantly droop down its very outdated needs alot of love and of you want to use the toilet and your an average sized bloke you either have to leave the door open or have your knees against the door, we where in a big group and 5 rooms out of six was the same bars and stuff are a walk but it's a lovely little town to look at.
