We've been with our company in this hotel for years with several rooms for a longer period of time. In one room the bed was not fresh and this one was already used. There was a new room where our staff were threatened with death this year. In another room there were very few drops of blood on the desk, the shower room was never so clean. But at a later point the door to the shower room was not locked, the TV was completely closed, and the bed was already in use.

Never again

The room was very large, almost like a small apartment. Large dressing rooms were also available. The night table lamp was out of function (probably pear faulty). WiFi only worked the first day after I was logged out and the password didn't work anymore. The mattress was too big for the rack and stood over. The carpet in the room is red, very old.

A very large room, and that was it.

This is a very basic hotel split across a road. The main part of the hotel is un-manned and you have to cross the road to the other part to find the reception. The area is not great - dirty, beggars, boy racers screaming up the roads. Perhaps I am being unfair and this is typical of small German towns. 
The rooms in the hotel annex across the road are reached by climbing the stairs: no lift, dark stairway feels grim. 
TV doesn't work.
Internet wifi keeps breaking up. 
OK for a business trip which is why we are here but I wont be staying here again.

Not Very Good but perhaps ...

Single room (n.1) minuscule (about 3x2.50m plus the bathroom) and with direct access from the stairs (if other customers pass by shouting it can be annoying), but very clean and overall comfortable, renovated bathroom and TV, not refrigerator. Good cleaning service, honest breakfast (hours 6:30-9:30), good reception availability.

A low-cost honest solution

Easy to park on the street. Hotel divided into two buildings are one with the rdc with sub-machines. Glac space. Room small enough, no elevator to go upstairs. 1 star hotel because old enough. But friendly reception. Average lunch without chips.
