The receptionist's attention left much to be desired, not to mention the rooms, at least the one assigned to us.The mosquito broke completely so we couldn't open the window, there were cockroaches, the wall where the wet and stained air is, running water from the same air, the dining room chairs rotated and with the turrets outside, only the towels were changed but the beds were not cleaned in the 4 days we were there.

If you're just going to sleep for $500 pesos, that's fine.

Horrible, terrible experience. Humidity in the room and bathroom. Very careless, air conditioning making a lot of noise and water pouring over the cable. The TV doesn't work and the pool couldn't use it because it was contaminated, green and dirty. I don't recommend it at all. There are no cabinets and hot water lasts as long as 2 minutes.

Nothing to do with the photos, in my opinion, doesn't get to 2 stars (*and that's because of the location - about 800m from downtown and a block from one of the main streets-). It's a dirty, old, in a bad state of repair hotel, the mud-filled pool, you can't see the bottom; they don't clean well and one day, of course, they don't do it; on arrival, I asked them to smoke it and they'll sweep it, I wasn't the only one. The sweet walls, too expensive for what it offers, without hot water, fortunately got hot. Although there were 2 days that the temperature was low. It was an unpleasant experience, I had to go to the hotel, bad weather was that I had paid for a few days without seeing the room. The only positive thing is the personal affection of the room. No, I recommend, in certain cases, there are the best options for the price and the best quality of the quizzes in the center, although there is always no mention of the best of them.

The hotel and rooms look nothing like the video or pictures online. 98% false advertisement!!! I have attached pictures. We could not even sleep with the faded spreads on the bed. Mattress covers, sheets and towels stained. Pool area was out of service.

My family and I had just returned from our vacation and stayed at this hotel for 2 nights.I was expecting a small room and a bathroom, but I was surprised to see all the room and bathroom space.My wife was delighted with the tranquility of the place and my daughters with the swimming pool that we had for ourselves.I definitely recommend the place.

Superaron my expectations.

The hotel was dirty with lots of cockroaches all the time, the toilet was done alone on top, they just made their beds and changed their towels, but they didn't wash the toilet, the table didn't clean it. The hotel staff with very poor service treated badly as always angry. For the price there are more hotels with better service and cleaner. I would never go back and of course I wouldn't recommend it.

We stayed at this hotel because we couldn't find another one with available rooms, we just wanted to rest after a long trip, and the rooms are horrible, just like the bathrooms.

It's disgusting.

The hotel is located a short distance from the central park of Mérida, the receptionist's attention is very good, the rooms are very comfortable and there is virtually no place to connect your laptop and cell phone (free WiFi), they have air conditioning, and there is hot water for showering, the pool is located at the back of the hotel and is suitable only for adults due to the depth of the container.
