While arriving the hotel we met a very unfriendly owner. We were told that she didn't like people that have been drinking some beers. I can assure you that we were just happy to arrive after 3 hours in a taxi. When our friends would like to visit us, they were stopped by the owner at the reception. We were not allowed to have our to friends at our room while we were getting ready to go. This hotel is located in the main street of Ischgl, with this location you should be a little more patient with your customers. The hotel, location and the  breakfast is good. The owner should consider to retire because she is definitely not sending out any good vibes.

Very unfriendly owner

The hotel is perfectly located from Ischgl. The mountain railway is next door, a large car park is directly accessible from the main road and directly from the pedestrian zone with many bars and shops.

Top location at a fair price

Very nice family-run hotel, very friendly staff, a breakfast buffet that leaves no wishes open to recommend.

Very nice hotel Garni

We visited the hotel for a ski trip. The hotel has a great location, directly at the bottom of a ski run, only a few metres away from a cable car up the mountain and the heart Ischgl apres ski life. 

The tone for our visit was set when we were greeted by the friendly owner. She provided all the information we needed to know about the hotel as well as information about skiing in the area and the village in general. All her advice turned out to be good advice. 

Our two suites were sizeable, well maintained with recently renovated bathrooms. The rooms were cleaned daily. 

The breakfast buffet was excellent especially when you take into account the size of the hotel. Each morning there was a hot breakfast option as well as the more classical continental style breakfast choices. 

There are several little touches around the hotel, like complimentary hot tea when you come of the slopes or biscuits in reception, which shows the thought the owner puts into trying to make your stay as comfortable as possible. 

The hotel has a sauna and steam room which we did not use in part because of its relatively short opening hours - to be fair with the current cost of energy it would probably be wasteful to have longer hours. 

I would recommend this hotel and would happily visit it again.

Cute small hotel in a great location

From start to finish everything was perfect! Even a spontaneously booked extended night was not a problem at all. We had booked the panorama suite - a very nice room with a great big bathroom. There was nothing missing during the breakfast buffet! I also found it great that there was breakfast for the mountain bikers on race day from 6:30 a.m. onwards.

It's a great vacation.

Best location, high quality standard in all areas. Price performance very high. We booked late and therefore got another room in the basement. This was big, clean and quiet. We felt very comfortable there. Breakfast buffet first class! We are back.

Top hotel in the best location

The hotel is centrally located in Ischgl, right at the end of the ski slope. Nice rooms and a very large and beautiful breakfast buffet with nice service. I can only recommend this fine hotel, although now it probably has no room for us anymore! I wish you a good winter end, greetings from Switzerland. :)

Very nice hotel.

How much we enjoyed our stay in this hotel. Everyone at the hotel is very kind and helpful - here we met the guest. Thank you very much! The breakfast leaves no wishes open, there is a huge choice - very good quality. The location of the hotel - simply brilliant - the ski trip ends right in front of the hotel and you can walk to the Silvretta cable car in a minute.

Super hotel in great condition

However, our room No. 12 and the hotel manager can't be rated with any stars. After booking the o.g. room in the UG (due to the Internet photos of rooms and bathrooms), we assumed that the room is not the best category and rather dark because yes in the UG. But when we got the room, we were very disappointed that the room was more like an outdated 80s retirement room. Bathroom or shower was only 50% lit. But it was clean, so we said that we would stay. But when we came back in the evening, it was ice cold, so even my husband was happy. But the booking was not yet an alternative to everything that was very accurate, but unfortunately, everything went wrong (no apologies) so that we could not even look back at the quality of the rooms in the hotel, and we didn't even hear the word of the hotel, and we didn't even want to go back to the hotel until after 20 years ago.

I'm not going to tell you.

A great hotel run by a lovely family. We were greeted by very helpful staff at check-in and a well appointed and clean room. The breakfast provided is exceptionally good and served by warm and attentive staff. There is direct access to a drying room for your ski gear, as well as a sauna. Centrally located to the ski lift, return ski run, bars and restaurants. Highly recommend.
