I was in Reutlingen over the weekend in January. Contrary to what the profile picture suggests, it is not the church tower in the profile picture;-). From there the hotel is very well located - walking to the train station and the city centre. I was very friendlyly received at the reception. The rooms are clean and furnished with everything you need. The breakfast was very good and rich. The price-for-profit ratio is very good for Reutlingen.

Very central, family-run hotel

Staff was very friendly and breakfast was good.  Rooms were a bit dated and ours smelled like cigarette smoke.  Just stayed one night and it was perfectly adequate. Location was convenient and parking was good.  This can’t compare to the hotels we stayed in throughout Germany in the more touristy areas.  

Good, basic hotel

Nice hotel both interior and exterior. 5mins walk to the center of Reutlingen. Beside the train station so easily accessible to go to Stuttgart or Tübingen. There is a bus nearby the hotel too. Good breakfast spread. Quiet and quaint rooms. Highly recommended. 

Great hotel at a central location 

In the back room for this central location, a quiet, large room (No. 18). Breakfast is sufficient and attractive. Very nice attentive staff at reception and in the breakfast room. A short walk to the railway station and to the pedestrian zone. Many fast food restaurants (noodle, Turkish, Asian,...) can be reached on foot.

Good and suitable location, close to the centre

The staff is super friendly, very centered and quiet at the same time and very clean.The individual rooms are more than adequate and very well soundproofed.The breakfast is quite complete with a wide variety of cheeses and butter.

Treat me like I'm at home.

Relatively centrally located with relatively large rooms. The standard is middle class. Unfortunately not a restaurant in the hotel but a good breakfast. The only shortcoming was the not working heater in the room. But in the bathroom she was running.

Good middle class

The people who run the hotel are really nice, and they did me the favor of calling my next hotel to schedule a late check in. The room was clean and pretty big. Very great hotel! They have a free breakfast and have enormous bathrooms, best bathrooms in Germany.

Very spacious and clean

The Germania is a well placed base to explore Reutlingen and the surrounding area. Our room (1) was large, spotless and  comfortable. The only thing missing from our point of view was a tea making facility. The front desk staff were lovely and friendly and spoke English. Breakfast choice was excellent with the usual German fare available in a pleasant breakfast room. It's really well placed, just five minutes from the railway station, and ten from the bus station and town centre. Would we stay again? Absolutely.

Super base to your the area

We stayed at the hotel for one night and had a room in the back. The rooms were clean and furnished in the style of the 90s. The breakfast, although not spectacular, is definitely sufficient. The price is a little too high for the standard offered.

Room very spacious and with huge bathroom and full bath.

VERY QUIET, no disturbances at all.

Walking distance to the pedestrian zone.

Great take away Italian Restaurant directly opposite ( Pizza EUR 6,50 ).

Would recommend room #17 in back house away from the street.

All in all a pleasant experience.
