From the central location, this boutique hotel couldn’t be closer to the main lifts… either via the fimba or the Silvetta. The Dorfstraße is right infront of the hotel and the Dorftunnel is literally 20 meters away which will take you straight to the Fimba lift… the Silvettabahn is a 1 min walk away too…  we were welcomed by the owners of the Adler  as we arrived and our room was also ready for us even though we arrived early . A guided tour of the facilities was appreciated so we had our bearings. The rooms were very spacious with plenty of hanging space as well as more than average drawers. A nice touch was the area 
over the hanging area to Stowe 
our luggage. Bathroom area was modern and a high pressure shower was a godsend after a good days skiing. We had a view from the rear  of the hotel which we appreciated ad we had a balcony to sit and admire the snow covered mountains  and trees.. breakfast was of very good quality, plenty to chose from and the staff attentive. Afternoon tea was a nice touch and the selection of wines and drinks was vast with the staff extensive knowledge of the local wines made sitting out in the conservatory and the outside terrace a lovely experience. We opted for the half board option and we are glad we did as the quality of the food was excellent… Due to the hotel being a small one compared to others, we actually enjoyed getting to know the other guests as we had been allocated our table for the duration of our stay.. guests from Germany, Israel and Belgium made chatting between courses an excellent experience. The spa was fabulous too… however we did not have the opportunity to experience it as we had lost to do but do regret not spending time there.. to sum up our experience… An imaculate hotel with fabulous food, accommodation, spa facilities and great ambiance. 10/10 for everything, cleanliness, value for money, location and being made so welcome by the staff and owners. We will return next season most definitely.

One of the best located hotels in Ischgl with the best facilities and service

Very well managed hotel with a very friendly service from the hostess, who extends herself to all the participants. In addition, very nice rooms and an exceptionally good kitchen - just perfect.

Excellent hotel - highly recommended!

We stayed at hotel Goldener Adler in July 2023. The staff was so helpful and friendly! We were taken care of for all of our needs - one celiac and one vegetarian, every meal was prepared especially according to our needs.
The hotel provides a tour guide for daily hikes, which was an amazing experience.
The spa was clean and just what we needed after a tiring day of hiking. 
Ischgl is a perfect town for nature lovers with just amazing views. The hotel is nice and comfy and the staff is just wonderful!  Highly recommended!

Amazing nature vacation

We were at the hotel last Monday for a cake dinner because our daughter has celiac disease and the owner knows this very well because of the same diagnosis. We were extremely excited about the competence, kindness and not least the taste. Our daughter was able to eat outside relaxed for the first time since the diagnosis. Then the next day we enjoyed another dinner at the hotel. Here again everything was more than top! The staff, the food. We can only recommend it! A very great and hearty hotel!

Great staff and food, just to recommend.

From the very beginning, you feel comfortable in this family-run hotel. With incredible love and attention, you have managed to preserve this historic house and at the same time you have added all the modern amenities. The spa area is an architectural achievement. The service in the dining and room area is excellent. Here the guest is really a guest. We are traveling as a family of thirteen people and received our rooms as early as the morning. Everything is prepared in this hotel and I can only recommend it perfectly. Top!

A Lovely Guided Hotel

My parents and I stayed at the Goldener Adler Hotel two weeks ago.

Despite having already visited several ski resorts and hotels in Austria, Italy and France over the past 20 years, we were still impressed with the hospitality and quality we found at this boutique hotel.

Both rooms are in terms of style a mix between traditional and modern and equipped with all comforts.

In terms of food, both the lavish breakfast buffet, the afternoon snack and the evening meal were very tasty. Furthermore, they also made a special effort to provide a sugar-free dessert for my mother each time.

The wellness area is very spacious with several saunas, steam baths, a cold and hot water jacuzzi and several relaxation rooms; ideal after a day of skiing.

Furthermore, you can easily park your car in the covered parking garage at the entrance of the village and store your ski equipment in the personal ski cellar. The location of the hotel right in the center of the village is ideal to start your day.

A special compliment goes out to the entire Goldener Adler Team and the Kurz family, who are always friendly and ready to give some extra information or have a chat with their guests. We ourselves received a personal tour of the 'Richterstube' from the mother of the current owner with a lot of info about the history of the building, the valley and Ischgl itself; very interesting.

'Loslassen, Mensch sein und Heimat spüren" is not just a slogan in this boutique hotel with its personal character, but a way of life they propagate.

We are glad that we were able to experience this for a week ourselves and would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Hotel Goldener Adler - Ischgl

A beautiful  and really unique hotel right in the centre of Ischgl. I have stayed in Ischgl many times & the standard of accommodation is very high in general. This was my first time in the Goldener Adler and it is  by far my favourite.  The design and decor is a very clever combination of old world and new,  architecturally designed and thought out in great detail. The room was so comfortable; beds and bed linen were of a really high quality, the robes were plush, and shower excellent. 
There is a lovely bar just off the lobby with various seating areas to choose from. The bar staff were really efficient and we had some excellent cocktails there. We opted for half board which I’d say is a must. The food is excellent, extensive breakfast buffet with everything you could think of, including a hot buffet and an omelette menu. At dinner there are  superb choices of meat, fish game etc, and always an excellent vegetarian option each evening. As with all the staff in the hotel ( including the cleaning staff), the waiting staff were friendly and capable, nothing seemed like  too much trouble. The family who run this hotel are very welcoming and there is a lovely atmosphere here. Many of the staff have been there long term. A lovely plate of cold meats and cheeses were left in our room as we had a late arrival. There is a wonderful spa area on the ground floor, once again the marriage of the old and modern is done seamlessly here, lots of dark stone and pale wood, steam rooms, saunas, hot and cod baths, a small pool, a really tranquil relaxation area, make time to fit it all in.

A small hotel with a very luxurious feel,  super comfort, superb food, welcoming hosts, and great staff.

It's a really nice little boutique hotel in the middle of the island, very nice spa area, nice terrace and nice restaurant, staff and the boss are totally nice, absolutely recommended, just a few meters from the gondola, free in the summer.

Very nice boutique hotel

First time vacation in a hotel recommended by the DZG: it has exceeded all expectations! The topic of celiac disease is discreet but also 100% safe treated, quite legally by the way there is a gluten-fey beer, caesarean broth, several types of bread/breads, without making yourself look stupid as a celiac: rather absolutely normal, but treated professionally. You can order everything (!) without worry. Family ambience, history, heartbeat, recreation! In the middle of the city - in summer (also in winter!) recommendation!! Thank you family brief: it was the hammer!

Absolutely wonderfully unique

I stayed in the Goldener Adler in January 2022 with a couple of friends. It is without doubt the best Ski Resort Hotel that I have ever stayed in, with the end of covid restrictions, we decided to treat ourselves to a slightly more better hotel!

The location is great, close to the escalator that takes you directly to the lifts, and is also right in the centre of Iscghl. 

The hotel itself is really well appointed and the rooms(we stayed in a 2 room suite) are gorgeous and spotlessly clean.

The bar area is really nice and relaxing, overlooking the main street in Ischgl.

The staff are pleasant and helpful, the food is very good, we stayed half board, the breakfast was mostly buffet style and much better than your average hotel, the evening meal was definitely a cut above what you would find in most Ski hotels.

The hotel has a really impressive spa - much bigger that what you would expect for a hotel of this size.
