The room was in good condition and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent and the pastries delicious. We loved the spa with a sauna and a swimming pool. The wiev was great. We loved our staying at the hotel and we would love to come again.

Nice winter holiday

The Hanauerlehen Hotel is not directly on the Lake of the Kings, but can be reached with peace and a beautiful location with a great mountain view. The lake, but also the town of Schönau, are well reached on foot. Bus stop 5 minutes. Even good restaurants can be found in the immediate vicinity. The rooms are modern and well equipped. The sauna and swimming pool are not huge, but very good to bridge a rainy day. The breakfast is rich and well prepared for the eye. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I felt very comfortable here. Thank you very much.

Quiet location, cool with kids

It's a nice place to relax in the heart of the city, comfortable, modern rooms, friendly staff, and the Alpencafe with divine cake and a magnificent view of the mountains, and our half-board in the neighbouring Brunneck Hotel was excellent too.

Best Heidelbeer Schmandtort from Bavaria

In September/October 2021, I spent 5 weeks in the charming little hotel (34 rooms) in a double room of the category Watzmann. All recently renovated, modernly elegant, rustically ventilated rooms have a balcony or terrace. Equipped with comfortable spring beds, perfectly to the smallest detail - with lighted safety!) - ensured a pleasant stay. Hall swimming pool, sauna and large hostel invite you to relax.

The hotel with the special feel-good effect

The Hotel Hanauerlehen is a clear, very clean hotel with a pleasant atmosphere, the quiet, modern rooms are well equipped, the beds are comfortable, the bathroom is functional and there is enough space as well as storage space. The mountain panorama is stunning, as long as the room is facing towards the Königssee. A special highlight is the swimming pool with changing clothes. There is even a laundry sink so that the swimming items do not have to be taken wet with the room. The attractive breakfast bed showed a wide selection of staff such as fresh snacks, various marmalades, very good quality eggs, cakes, fruit, fresh spot, almost complete muslivarations, cheese and hand-meal dishes and other items that are obviously not to be eaten in the room. The hotel has been visited in a very small and special way: we have enjoyed the best of all time and have enjoyed the hotel as well as the best of all time.

Best recreation with great mountain views

We were staying in two separate rooms in different parts of the building and were led by Mrs. Koller to the rooms. These are, like the whole hotel lovingly and modernly renovated, we lacked nothing. The bathroom is small but fine. At breakfast there are always fresh snacks, various sausages and cheeses, cereals, fruit, what more do you want? Then after a strenuous day, take a few trains in the swimming pool and enjoy the magnificent views on the hostel.

Grandiose's hotel with a wonderful view!

We had a wonderful stay in this sweet, family-run hotel. The photos here are partly outdated, the hotel has been very nicely modernized. Absolutely highlight: the panoramic view of the mountains, which can be admired from the balcony, the breakfast room and even from the hall bath. Delicious breakfast, friendly service and with a lot of love in detail. The perfect hotel for a holiday in the Bertesgaden country!

It's an absolute secret tip.

When we tried to check in shortly after 2 p.m., we were very stressed and told that it was coffee time. Then we would be taken unfriendly to our room. And goodbye. Later we went to the reception and got the room key. The glass receipt booked in our arrangement was forgotten. Also the Jennerbahn vouchers were forgotten, etc. The rooms are not completely renovated either. Breakfast is okay. Packed sausage and cheese and backpacks we were disappointed.

Some stressed and forgetful owner

We spent a week in a three-person rental. From arrival to departure everything was fine. Kindness and hospitality are not just words, here they are lived by everyone, from the owners to the service to the Putzmann. Our rooms were modernly furnished and offered a beautiful view of nature in the back. They were quiet and had either a balcony or a terrace. In the morning there was a rich and varied breakfast buffet. In addition to various types of bread, there were also various types of bread, a choice of cheese and root, corn, eggs, yogurt and terries, etc. This can be a wonderful place to give a quick look.

Great hotel with location advantage.

Apart from the family room and the swimming pool, everything is renovated. It's quiet and with a great view. It's family friendly and charming. It's only staffed until 6 p.m. Otherwise, it's TV and billiards and kickers with a drinking machine.
