We asked at the reception and learned that a room was free. Although I said that we would come in about 30 minutes to check in, they wanted us to pay. After checking in, I immediately took a shower, where I noticed the mold, many viewers and an unpleasant odor. Then I saw only the couch and the chairs were maximum stained and dirty, as well as the bed where a lot of hair and similar items were on it. I could hear every step in the hotel and understand every word that was being spoken. Then I decided to stay at the reception desk and I didn't care. Then my wife and I decided to stay at the reception desk.

It's disgusting.

Very nice small hotel located on the shore of the fresh waters of Asia (the loti stone Sunday exit), 200 meters from the Bosphorus shore and 300 meters from the hissari and kücük su anadolu stairs (less than 45' in kabatas or beciktas boat). Very pleasant suites with Turkish decor (parquet, carpet, furniture), clean and functional sanitary facilities. extremely kind and attentive staff.

This hotel should be closed immediately. I and my guest went for business. Nice location, traditional building but everyrhing else so bad. Irrelevant, incompotent staff. I never go again and don't recommend. 

Lousy Hotel

We had our mom stay here for a week. She liked the attention and rapid service, especially the garden and the views. We transferred her from another "fancy" hotel at Kavacik. She was much more comfortable here, primarily due to better service. It is a historical building, the location is good. There is a ferry stop nearby connecting to the European side of Istanbul.

Best value for the price, friendly team makes you comfortable

We were with friends in April. We picked this hotel because of its location. There was a game next to him in the stadium. The hotel is for overnight stays only. The rooms are smaller. Everyone else is too small.

The hotel is so good.

I didn't stay in this hotel, I had a breakfast at its restaurant with friends. Meals were barely ok, but the prices were too high for what we ate. Although it is located in Anadolu Hisari area, its only view is the creek. Don't go to this restaurant for a breakfast with a Bosphorus view.

Its restaurant is too pricey

We stayed here as a group for our family reunion. The hotel is a renovated villa with 9 rooms just near Goksu river and very close to A.Hisarı port. Although it seems nice when you first check-in and go to see your room the reality hits so quickly. There were urine stains on the toilet seat. When I complained about it, someone came in and wiped the toilet seat with toilet paper and toilet spray only. No proper cleaning, nothing. That made me seriously think about the total cleanliness of our room. The little carpet in the bathroom was really dirty. The towels were really really old with holes. I saw a few stains on the sheets. The breakfast was poor/modarate. The owners of the hotel are not professional. You may stay in another one very close with the amount of money you paid, even in a 5 star one with a little additional money. Will I stay there again? No way. Will I recommend it to anyone? Nooooo way.

Seems a nice villa but..

Under the couch empty condoms...not clean bedding...very loud upstairs when someone walks you hear downstairs.

Would you like to have your breakfast in a boat with birds singing on a river? Then you should see this place and feel like you are out of city life! 
Beside hotel you should try this lovely restaurant!
