Hotel Kalisté in Porto: A FURIOUS ABSOLUTE!!!! Dirty unsanitary hotel, catastrophic staircase accommodation for the elderly or disabled... The managers refused us breakfast the day we left because we had to offer it for 6am, because we had to leave at 7am. The behaviour of the staff at the hotel is unacceptable we dropped our luggage in the dark, unlit outdoor staircase, 2 people fell down and I failed to find myself flat on the street.

To run away at all

It's the worst hotel I've ever been to. The team is horrible, the rooms are dirty, the hotel is too loud and the team is crazy. In a word it's a brothel. I advise you NEVER go down if you don't want to ruin your vacation!!!

Never been alerted

We were disappointed by the hospitality, the intelligence service was shown to be careless and ill-intentioned, and the rooms were dark and the beds smelled remarkably, and the hotel was facing a notorious cultural center.

Disappointed

Very nice hotel between the train station and the Comedy Square. Nice Wifi welcome and it stops there. Well, it's a two-star but 70€ still the room with breakfast. It looks clean in the room but tired carpet, same for the cover over the bed.

It's very convenient.

No wonder it's a two-star hotel, but we came from the traveller's hotel that despite confirmation, only kept us a room.

The hotel is in an excellent location, a few steps from the Place de la Comédie and surrounded by numerous restaurants and fast food. The room is quite clean. Alas, no bidet. Gentle and available staff. A fair price for a two-star hotel.

I'm not going back!.. welcome that literally proves you're bothering you! the assigned room = not possible! it doesn't inspire the whole thing! like the idea of a false ad... and then apparently it's not embarrassing if you prefer to leave! I don't recommend it at all.

All the main attractions, as well as the railway station and a large shopping centre, are within walking distance, along with many different cafes, shops, public transport stops. The rest of the hotel leaves to be desired.The rooms are small, the furniture is old and furnished, there is no soundproofing, a couple of times in the room cockroaches have been noticed.The breakfast is poor: 2 croissants, jams, oil, yogurt, or coffee, although the breakfast is not free and may cost 7 euros.

Hotel for non-claimers

A really dim hotel! Holes in the walls, dirty carpet, toilets have no door just a simple partition. Bed covers that have certainly never been washed, only advantageous location next to the Comedy Square for the price!!

Infection

With no luxury, it has everything for all those who want to know Montpellier.With a great location right next to the Comedy Square, the rooms are basic but with heating and air conditioning.
