Excellent Location. Lovely bright room with nice balcony, weather permitting. Staff were very attentive but not overbearing. Breakfast was an excellent continental style with good quality produce.
Parking for an additional cost is just adjacent to the hotel with private security entrance.

LOVELY LUBECK AND KO15

A nice hotel near the old town. Especially the restaurant and breakfast room convince in terms of furnishings and dishes with attention to detail. The staff at the reception is super friendly. We were completely satisfied.

Nice hotel near the Old Town

Good location within the old town. Bus stop not far from the hotel. Breakfast was sufficient and with good coffee. The restaurant located in the hotel is also operated again. There was also the price/performance ratio. Room 23 was a little small. Right in the bathroom you could barely move. Besides the room is facing the street. The traffic and the associated noise are very loud when the windows are open. At night you have to consider whether you want to sleep at all the windows are open. When you leave, no questions about the stay and whether it has been good.

Recommended from the central location, but not exactly well located due to the street noise.

The KO15 is located in the northern part of Lübeck's Old Town, you can walk very quickly to the sights. The studio in the nearby side house is practically furnished with a kitchen, a comfortable bed, a large bathroom. The staff is very friendly.

Great location in the old town.

If you are staying in the adjoining building, you must know that a house is being built right next door!!!! Saturdays at 10 p.m. there are still drilling and sound work. From 6.45 a.m. the work starts. The notice was presented at the reception. Not even an apology. Just enter the system. Avoid the hotel if you are not offered a room in the main house. When booking it was not indicated.

Respect for building noise

First of all: a beautiful, very clean hotel in a great location and with an exceptionally friendly staff! A great compliment for this. Breakfast is slightly overpriced. The rooms booked via b.com are unfortunately in an extremely brightly lit side building. Scratching stairs, banging doors, every step and toilet passage in the room can be heard over it. Rooms to the courtyard, smoke corners, so no open windows are possible. Tea rooms are available but so small that one partner has to climb above the other.

Great location, but never book on Booking.com again

The hotel/apartments were located toward the end of old town, so they were fairly conveniently-located, as well as quiet. The bed and room were comfortable. The gentleman who checked us in was very welcoming and friendly. Not a fancy place, but very well priced.

Great hotel, very friendly staff. The hotel is clean and the rooms are of good size. The breakfast is great. We were only here one night since we are on the way, but I can recommend it to anyone who likes it modern and clean. There is also a small library, because I love books, I also found this great 😉

It's a great hotel.

Very nice hotel with fantastic staff . The location is great and we had a quiet room with everything you need, the breakfast was very good as well.I highly recommend this hotel to all of you who can appreciate hotels with a more familiar touch and who understands that if you choose to stay in the middle of a city, there is people and cars in the surrounding and not always a parking space outside the hotel ( but you can book a parking slot at this hotel)

Very good city center hotel

The hotel's location is really great! The city centre is 50m from the hotel and the view when you walk out of the hotel is nice. Parking is about 5 minutes' walk to a parking lot right by the water. The room we had is not recommended! We used to live in the EU right by the street. It was super loud at night, you couldn't sleep with open windows (where you can only open a split). The mega bed is soft and there is no air conditioning. It was just a fan in the room (thankfully it wasn't hot when we were there for 2 nights). The rooms are very nice and clean rather than we could talk to each other. They could be cleaner! The snacks in the bathroom can't be so close to each other!
