Late arrival: very kind reception by the guardian. Access codes and key well prepared. 8m2 room, very clean with excellent bedding. Very quiet hotel except for the air conditioner on the courtyard (!), very pleasant neighborhood. Very friendly staff. 5 minutes from the subway and 30 minutes from Part Dieu.

I made a reservation for two beds at the time of sending the door code and the room number in total I ended up with only one bed without warning myself

This is the third time I've been to a good hotel.

Everything went well and my requests were answered positively, the bed is of good quality, and I booked for a second stay with a specific request that was taken into account without any problem.

It's a good place.

There's a small fridge in the room, there's no shutters, because the curtain doesn't close all the way, and it lets the daylight pass through.

Old hotel, which was one of the cheapest in Lyon at the time of booking. Clean without more, air conditioned but not enough. The host has the charm of the hotels of business travelers whose good times are out of date. It would deserve a serious renovation.

Very nice staff, spacious room, close to transport and shops, nice neighborhood with markets on Thursdays and Saturdays, easy to use when you're in trouble.

A very pleasant stay

I spent 4 nights in this hotel and basically I felt very good. I had a bit of bad luck with my room which unfortunately hit the house next door where there was noise during the night, but I was allowed to change rooms and the rest of my stay was very pleasant. So thank you to the kind, smiling young woman (and patient!) who helped me. All the staff at the hotel are very hospitable. The two rooms I saw during my stay were very clean, and the bathrooms seem to have been recently renovated.

Very welcome. Very nice staff. Simple, quiet, clean, respectful place. Only bemool: the coffee! It's almost unpalatable --> advice: change the machine! A simple filter coffee would be much better;)

Formidable

Positive: short trip after a positive test for Covid, the hotel refunded me without difficulty. The night on the spot was good, the room is very clean, the staff is attentive.
