If I had the chance to put 0 I would have done it, a really painful and bad hotel. I would have gone to any incompetent staff starting from the receptionist who doesn't speak a tube of Italian, English doesn't understand it and when speaking in Albanian she pretends not to understand (she is Albanian 😅). It looks like she's put there as a supermobile since she can't do anything but sit on the phone, touch her hair, go away an hour/two before the end of the shift and talk to the cleaning woman as if they were at their house drinking a coffee.

Not to be recommended to anyone.

I spent three night in this hotel together with my friends. What I most liked was the passion of all the employee who made their best to make our stay as much comfortable as possible. The receptionist Rudina welcomed us at our arrival speaking a perfect english and she give us the possibility to choose among two different rooms according to our taste: both of them were ready. During our stay Mimosa, the service lady, cleaned and setup every day our room with fresh towels; one day she also one vase with fresh flowers in the room! A big thanks also to Ana, the manager, who handled the payment of our stay : she has been very nice with us and se let us decide when we wanted to pay, without any stress. She also suggested us a very nice beach to visit during our last day in Durres.

Very nice surprise in Durres

A somewhat hidden surprise at Rruga A. Goga just across the Roman Forum. Walked in and booked 2 nights after seeing the comfortable room wih airco. All highlights of Durres in short walking distance. English speaking staff is very friendly and when asked gives directions to the better restaurants. Really enjoyed the stay and the royal traditional Albanian breakfast

Central comfort

We arrived and the first thing we asked was to clean the girl assures us that everything is fine. I go into the shower and the soapless water goes away I go down x make a reference, the bed was with the used sheets I call the girl who kindly apologizes and brings me the new ones, while I change the bed I see the sheets were put directly on the mattress no mattress purchases Wi-Fi was not connected and the TV was not working I think I said something not everything very personal but nothing about my skills unfortunately!!!!

Bad experience

It's a hotel with a little old rooms, with no panorama. When you get there you have to kneel behind another palace, the entrance is not the best. At the reception, we were greeted by a lady well dressed but not very sociable. In a few words: the minimum is guaranteed, the place is in a good position and a few steps from the main square of Durazzo.

Right to sleep in a place near the center

I was a regular customer of this hotel until today, I go there systematically 4 days a month. We start from the assumption that the staff is courteous and kind, nothing to say... the hotel is not the best but a strategic point of support for my needs, so in all this time I have always endured everything, room not always clean, toilet paper never with a healthy roll, room not arranged on Sundays (lack of staff say, but I pay the same price) the shameful thing is that today, after using the room 24 hours (check in at 17) they asked me at 18, 15 euros in for the afternoon!!! A shame! Really more than a shame! What a shame!!!

What a pity.

Central location, clean rooms but a bit smooth. The only problem for those who are used to international breakfasts in our hotels: not up to the height although the staff do their best to satisfy you. You have to ask and ask...there is no table where you can choose and I don't know if you can order a salted breakfast.

Nice staff, clean rooms, but with a view of the construction site, but in a central position.

Comfortable bed, comfortable room, fully equipped bathroom, dignified Wi-Fi. Unique in fact. Breakfast. Only bread (very fresh), and jam. However, I recommend it for short stays given the good price and central location.

Good value for money

Following the good review, I had a booking for this hotel... Found it without problem but the impression at the reception was so disastrous that we went to another hotel. Even with booking at hand, no room ready, no water and cold everywhere... can't recommend this hotel, at least out of season.

Terrible impression 

It's very clean and stylish in the hall, a huge vase with fresh rose petals.) It's in the yard, hard to find.
