I've been hooked up with this facility that's just unacceptable for the rates you're asking for, dirty, 1970s furniture, creepy bathroom, and really poor breakfast.

Dirty and fatiguing

After years I come back to this hotel and it's only worth X the central location and on the sea Room for one night 180€ for 2 adults and one child only with breakfast. Dirty room, laundered sheets, refrigerator with open water of first and dirty people, shampoo and soap still open in the shower.

Cost is not offered

It's a very nice location right on the sea and very central even if the rooms need to be renovated.

Some sins

We stayed a few days in the summer months booking through booking, the room that was assigned to us on the 4th floor is really nice as a location, terrace overlooking the sea is very spacious, little privacy is not separated between one room and the other, the room inside is discreetly clean but a little dated in its furnishings, our offer was half a pension, but I would say that as a kitchen and more suitable for those with silver hair, good but simple, breakfast in the morning, there is the essential, the kind and caring staff for every request, the location is really wonderful.

HOTEL with pros and cons

I spent a few days in this 3 star hotel after many years of not coming.The hotel has a fantastic location, directly on the sandy beach and in the center of the puddle, the management is familiar and very welcoming, the friendly and prepared staff, unfortunately the rooms are fatiguing and not too clean.

A sin that has been left to go

I was there a while ago in the low season, so the restaurant was not functioning. Room and bathroom in the standard, and huge terrace!!! fantastic sea view. The hotel is in the center and practically on the beach.

That's great.

The hotel is in the center of alassio, right on the sea.  The rooms are nice and clean, but out dated.  Make sure to get a room with a balcony, they are bigger than the rooms with sea view and definetly worth the extra cost.  Ask for a room with air conditioning, otherwise you will get a ceiling fan.  We thought we had a room with  but in the end when you leave the balcony door open you get a nice breeze and the sound of the waves crashing under neath you is the best.  unfortunately, the pillows were horrible and  between the light coming in, since we had to leave the door open,  we slept ok.  Breakfast was good.  Coffee is from a machine but it was actually good.  Plenty of food to choose from.

Fantastic location

Probably the best view in Alassio from the top floor. The attic is like a real penthouse - the great terrace and a stunning view over sea/city from it. The room itself was not a large one - no table fitted in it, for example. But who needs it with such a great terrace!
Good things - great location (close to the main shopping street, 24/7 Carrefour nearby, walkable distance from the train station, great 'Pizza/beer/Alassio' place next door, placed right on the beach. Very nice managers and staff.
Possible improvements: rental bikes were almost dead, breakfast was too continental (no omelet or other hot dishes), wifi was available only at the reception and was not stable. Hint: use free of charge LiguriaWifi (registration is needed). There is a risk of overbooking - the first  of the five nights I've had to spend in a not so good room without aircon/view/fridge, but the remaining 4 nights were really great in my 'penthouse'. 
Overall, the cost/value ration was great, should I be in Alassio again, I would consider this hotel very seriously.

The view that you can never forget

My stay - nightmare was from last summer, I think in August.The hotel needs a renovation and it's dirty, but what's most impactful is the staff, bad with desire.You expect it to be a hidden camera, but nothing, just as it sounds: nightmare.

charminh 80s style. not renovated but very pleasant atmosphere with old photos of the hotel showing its history. freindly family run great breakfast and super position. sleep to the sound of the sea! paradise.
