I stayed at this hotel because of the convenience of the distance, but I didn't expect it to be so bad. First, the hotel accommodates many employees of companies that share up to four people per room. All night long they hear doors closing and opening. There is no quiet. There are several empty and remodeled rooms that are open and dark. Second, the bedrooms alone have a blanket and a pillow. I had to ask for a sheet and they told me that it wasn't necessary, but they would give me an extra sheet. I seriously didn't understand the way the employee thinks. The phrase was stale, the receptionist told me that it was a Tampa, I don't like that. The shower water has no pressure and the bathroom water was not too hot. The bathroom was filled. There was a box full. While the hotel had a lot of air conditioning to control the room.

First and last time.

This hotel is in a very quiet place, it's a place quite surrounded by nature. The rooms are basic but hygienic. The bed didn't seem very comfortable to me, although it might just be the room I touch. Good air conditioning. It has a night area, to which I've never been able to walk alone and sleep alone. There is no view anywhere, which I would say is a hotel to enclose for sleeping alone.

... it's rather an inexpensive exception, with all the all-inclusive hotels and resorts in and around Punta Cana. If you're just looking for a night out on a high-speed flight and don't want to spend a lot of money on pointless shopping and big meals, this is the right place to be! But be careful: don't book online, just locally on the spot. Oh well, don't forget to book Ohropax, because right next door is the Dominican Bear, which is a loud and bustling disco that gives you a deep and sleepless glimpse into the local highlife.

The exception in all-inclusive paradise...

I stayed here for like a week and a half, the staff was very friendly, they spoke a little english but i had a difficult time communicating with them, considering the price the room was very nice and clean, one night the owner and his wife even drove us into town, and was in walking distance to the beach, my only complaint would be that the kitchen was a little scary, but be prepared to spend more on taxis to get places if you stay here (or rent a car)

Affordable, quiet, and friendly staff

The hotel is very affordable, but it is far form the action. Cabeza de Toro is a neighborhood in Punta Cana which has only one restaurant and one grocery store. Unless you rent a car, you will get bored with eating at the same restaurant 3 times a day. The beach is close by and so is the Marinarium, which is overpriced. The staff was friendly, but didn't speak English and therefore it wasn't helpful. The manager was nice to let us change our reservation and cancel a few nights free of charge, but we had to go through Booking and a translator. Our room was cleaned only once in 4 days and the hot water was irregular. There is a night club next to the hotel which played loud music until late at night. If you rent a car and don't mind the noise, this is a very affordable option in Punta Cana. Free parking and coffee. There's a pool which was clean and usually unoccupied.

Far from the action

I stayed with a couple of friends for one week. The staff were very kind, we even became friends with them. The hotel lobby was nice to sit and use wifi. They speak english. Everything was really clean and comfortable. There's a near by store were we bought food. We all felt comfortable in our rooms with tv and air conditioning. The beach, which is five minutes away was very nice and had lovely restaurants. There's a small club in front if you're intrested to go. We also had the chance to take a taxi to a mall near by called San Juan Shopping Center which was really nice and had lots to do. In my opinion is a great hotel for a cheap price and when I was there they told me they would soon build a pool and more rooms. I'm excited to go back.

Very good for what you're paying

We stayed 1 night (thanks God only one). The lobby of the hotel is nice, receptionist and other staff very kind. They speak just a little english but that's ok, they even let us keep bags on reception after check out and called us a taxi. Wifi is only in the lobby. The room looked very cheap and used. The bathroom is terrible - I killed a cockroach right in the shower. Shower wasn't working well it was partially broken. Very much noise from the street and loud music in the evening. Rooms are easilly accessible from the outside without any strict control or barriers so the only thing to keep you and your things safe is lock on room door. I didn't feel safe there and the location is just terrible. Nothing there. The thing they call a beach which is close looks more like a harbour and forget about swimming in the sea, very dirty. I wouldn't stay there another night even for free.

Nice staff, but that's it. Everything else is terrible

The hotel is just disgusting. There was no water on the day of arrival, they promised it by evening, but the water was never there the next day. We took a cold shower in another room. The hotel itself is in a terrible place. What a village. The locals look at Russian tourists as if they are seeing them for the first time. The beach is nearby, but very dirty. Absolutely deserted.

It's terrible.

The Dominicans make NO effort for the reception, the decoration of the rooms, the locations, etc., etc., we can survive but rooms really without charm, without maintenance, without interest, between the village of HYPER BRUYANT and the road just as BRUYANTE! Without saying we were sworn that there was NO noise when it was all right and that there are small bars around the hotel that put music all over the place!

This is horrible!

It is a highway hotel with a lot of nightlife and a lot of nightlife from different hotels.
