Rooms seemed recently renovated/furnished and we had the essentials that you could expect for a hotel room (fridge, kettle, TV, fan). Solid location being walkable to the central station and the old town. We had a good deal and price for our stay during the busy summer months.

Extremely friendly and hospitable staff providing great service at the moment of our arrival during our entire stay. I believe his name was Karam and he went above and beyond his duties. He even helped us store our heavy luggage after our check out, which allowed us to explore the city during a heatwave. He was very nice, polite, and provided us with all the information we needed during our stay. 👍

Affordable Price, Solid Location and Friendly Polite Staff

Old hotel, elevator not working, very noisy, bathroom stinks, long time to check in, didnt reply to messeges before stay. This «hotel» is a hostel, expect no more. 
Stayed here during glastec, and this is the last time. Classified as nr one worst hotel i stayed in.

Horrible hotel, more of a hostel. Scary neighborhood.

Hotel near the train station but bad and dirty. We arrived from the airport at 11pm in these hotels but we were hallucinated. The rooms were under a basement, small and dirty. The photos on the site are misleading. Believe and look for something else.

Shameful

I took a spontaneous trip with my friend to Düsseldorf. Because of the central location of the main train station, it was not a problem at all to explore the city by train. The rooms were very neat and above average clean. We were there at the fair. During this time, the hotel offers a free breakfast. This was full and very tasty. The lady in the kitchen was very helpful. I would come back anytime and recommend the hotel warmly.

Excellent choice for any occasion

While this is not the best hotel its clean close to the railway station. The staff on the desk was friendly. It even had shampoo which some of the others did not. Overall its ok for the Price. The hotel on the corner had great food and wine.

Paris Hotel

The cheap, quiet and cozy hotel is only a 5-minute walk from Düsseldorf's main railway station. The city centre is only about 10 minutes' walk. The rooms are quite small, like most hotels in Paris, but the room was clean and cozy. The low cost of living is definitely an advantage.

A nice cheap hotel 5 minutes from the railway station!

We were only on a one-night trip, so you can skip a lot of things like a big room, comfort, furnishings. But the room should be clean. This was not done in any way. We arrived late at night and had already paid, otherwise we would have been looking for something else. The bathroom was visually dirty, the walls were dirty, the dirt of the people was sticking to the night table first. The curtain would dust once you moved it just a centimeter -- and it was too small, so the bright lighting room would be off the street. Sound, sticky, dirty. So never again!

Travel

It has good and bad things, but general valuation, recommended. I start with the good ones... 24-hour reception that saved us from flight delays, TV with wifi, excellent location, very clean (including bedding and towels). Good staffing, we stayed 4 nights and no'molestation' at all.

Recommended Recommended

I stayed this hotel last year ones during the exhibition and this year again. Last year the hotel was horrible , the corridors smell bad, rooms are dirty and filthy. I would have never come back again but I was informed by the travel agent that there is a new owner and the hotel is renovated. I had to check the hotel again before I book a room. The new owner has done wonders in this hotel. The reception is nice and renovated with very expensive sofa/coach. The reception guys are amazing, friendly and very nice. The rooms are extremely clean now. Bathroom and shower good water flow and very clean. It is small but enough space to shower.

My favorite part is the breakfast lady is amazingly nice. Breakfast is reasonably good choice. They have nice coffee machine and enjoyed the espresso maker.

Over all for the price, I would rather stay in this hotel and pay 3-4 times in 5 star hotel and pretty much gets a very comparable service. This one looks more personal customer care. You feel like a family with there team.

EXCELLENT HOTEL FOR THE PRICE

I stayed there for four nights. Single room is quite small but enough for one person. The room and bathroom looked renovated. There is a kettle so one can make a tea. The shower was quite large and new. The room was clean. I got new towels after two days. Very nice breakfast. Super nice and helpful staff. Overall very good value.
