We spent two nights in the hotel/pension at the Goethehaus. We were very friendly and the check-in was not a problem, despite the fact that we were too early. This was very pleasant for us. The bright clean room was at the back to the parking lot and quiet. There is a closet but no safe. The bed is comfortable and with two pillows. The bathroom is large enough and clean enough and lighted enough. There is a magnifying glass and a fountain. Breakfast as a buffet with everything you need for a nice breakfast. In addition to the actual dining room there is also a very old-fashioned winter garden or a terrace. The terrace garden and the terrace house were very convenient. If we had a very small apartment in front of the house, we would say that the terrace would be very convenient.

Great location in Weimar

The hotel is very clean and staff friendly, even if it's only breakfast, and this is plentiful.

All on foot

After arriving we found that the booking was made wrong on our request. So we just booked a two-bedroom holiday home for our daughter, which we still needed only one more. And then we got off to a slow start. Why the booking was made for only two people, I don't know to this day, you didn't seem to understand my request. But the apartment would be completely enough for us and we would of course also bear all the extra costs, which I've stressed several times. So we just needed a two-bedroom holiday home for our daughter, which we wouldn't have had a problem with until the manager of the hotel came along. And then I got off to a slow start.

Nice hotel, best location, but in our case a shocking handling

We were on a Bauhaus tour in Weimar and we had booked a room in this boarding house. We found this to be a very nice experience for our purposes. The lady at the reception was very friendly as well as the staff on the floors, the booking process went well. We were also informed in advance that we had to carry the suitcases ourselves to the upper floors. We had a room in the back, which was very quiet and clean. The breakfast buffet is simple, but has everything and for our purposes was perfectly sufficient. The boarding house is very central, so you can easily get to many places and evenings in restaurants. So you can stay well overnight at a reasonable price-performance ratio.

Very nice pension

It was a great guesthouse with a friendly staff of the Thuringian type. We were staying in the family room, which extends over two floors. I highly recommend this suite for families with children. You can book breakfast for it or take care of yourself. We had booked it and it was good. The guesthouse is located right in the old town and is therefore a great starting point for the city bustle. Parking should be booked.

Weimar on New Year's Eve

We booked two single rooms for three nights, but had to leave a day early for family reasons, which we informed in writing on the evening of the first day because the reception was not occupied. We were refused a refund with the indication that the single rooms were poorly rented. Already at check-in we were handed a parking ticket for a car park, together with the indication that the hotel's own parking space was not available due to construction work.

Central but improving performance

The organization of the staff was somewhat limited, despite all the kindness, the overview (work where and who can still park where) was certainly better organised. The room was very spacious, unfortunately, and the women were still available. Here danced after the plan of the bears. After a short break (closing the lounge) came (at 2 and 3 o'clock) on the march around the drunken youth, the glass-crossed glass, the muzzled glass and the lazy lazy sleeping room were certainly better organised.

Both the city and the owner have room for improvement.

We rented the holiday apartment (2 children) for a short stay (3 days). The apartment is tastefully furnished and well equipped. The location is excellent. The kitchen is also well equipped, although it will hardly have been used. If you want to have some space, this is an excellent choice. We would always book again!

Excellent standard in excellent condition

We had booked a double room here for 4 days. We were greeted kindly with our dog. The room was very spacious and clean. The hotel is very central to the women's plan from which you can start your tours. The staff is very friendly and helpful. There is a private car park (price of €7.50 per day). If all the parking spaces are occupied, you have to look for a free and free car park in the city centre. The breakfast is generous and rich. However, the bread could still be worked on.

Nice central hotel

The location Central location had convinced us. We decided to have breakfast for one night. In addition, we had 7.50€ to park in the backyard of the hotel. Breakfast costs 7.50€ per person. Our dog costs 10€ per night. The room had a flat shower. The room has a nice size and is modern in design. W-Lan is free and runs stable. Breakfast was very fresh and delicious! You could check in here as early as 12:00 a.m. The next morning at 11:00 a. It is easy to reach the sights of the city on foot. Many restaurants and cafes nearby are not really available here. According to the hotel's main entrance, the rooms are located under the main street of Mallorca.
