Great service, great staff, absolutely great atmosphere, great location, great twin rooms, which are clean except for the black mold. Close to everything and most importantly steps to the train station.
What was bad
Please remove the BLACK MOLD (mofo) in your bathroom tubs. It's very easy, but you need to do it. I had to clean it myself buying a product at Pingo Doce. Very easy but it needs to be done. You need to use every week to prevent black mold buildu

Steps to the train station and close to everything else, including 3 major supermarkets.
Very good room BUT it needs soundproofing between rooms (I could hear someone snoring all night long) and more sockets or multiple plugs so that we do not have to unplug a lamp in order to plug in our computer. TV channels in English are very good.

Close to everything. Pingo Doce, the best supermarket in Pombal (but there are 2 more which are good) in my opinion, is only 10 minutes walk away. Mr Pizza is close too. Restaurants bars and stores everywhere close by. And peaceful too, although right now they are doing work outside the train station so you can hear that.

The fridge in the room. Although, because they did not have a functioning/open bar, they should provide a kettle so we can make our own coffee or tea. Or they should provide a machine which makes it 24/7.
What was bad
The rooms are not well cleaned. The bathroom are covered in BLACK MOLD (see photos). Black mold is bad for your health and any hotel should make sure to remove it. Instead, when I spoke to the cleaner, she clearly did not care about it. I c
