The good thing we found is location. 
Otherwise what make us to review it as poor is that it was not enough clean or tidy (4/10). Inside and outside the rooms. Pigeons are just outside the windows. Shower jot water leaking. Breakfast without fresh fruit.
No swiming pool available or rooftop restaurant.

hotal sapphire is good city view and restaurant is good is very testy.  hotal service is good. highly recommended for this hotal and menejer is good service and taxi service is good for the hotal service good....

udaipur visit

The service was terrible. We had to fix the Wi-Fi ourselves as the staff refused. Waiters ignored us in the restaurant and even when you went to find one they didn't bother processing the order. I was given lamb instead of chicken and the manager insisted it was a chicken. I pointed out that the bones are quite different only to be told lamb is not served anywhere in the region (it is!) The only plus compared to other reviews is that the hotel was clean so they appear to have taken note of that. Hopefully they can fix the service too. 

Not great

Behind a contemporary-style facade is a hotel just acceptable in all services. Room, though large, is not very clean with minimalist decor and tired furniture. As for the insignificant breakfast, two eggs fried two slices of noodle bread and a small cup of Indian tea. The second is an extra 50 rupees. If you can look elsewhere.

Not too bad.

We liked the hotel very much, the rooms were spacious and the beds comfortable. The staff and the service were great! Very friendly and hospitable! The breakfast staff were somewhat sleepy, but everything was to our satisfaction.

Nice hotel.

Intercom not working. AC not working. Water was not provided. Dirty bed sheets. Blankets smelling. Breakfast not provided though it is mentioned in package.

Room is available at lower price , but price mentioned as rs. 2500

Visited hotel

The hotel seems clean if we don't look at the details. The staff speaks well English. The towels were dirty but the sheets were not that bad.
We asked twice for a kettle, finally got one that didn't work. 
The A/C needs to be fixed because it rains on the balcony when you turn it on so you can't be outside when you use it.
The wifi is not working on bedrooms and only a few times in the corridor.
The breakfast is very very simple, only toast and an omelette but the rooftop view is enjoyable. 

By foot is not very far from the city palace, around 30 minutes.

Nice view

Very friendly and courteous people there. The owner is very hospitable and has very good English. Quiet area short walk from centre. 
Not what is advertised on the internet. Pool is non existent. Paid through a "tourist"  package. Not worth the advertised price. 
Overall enjoyed the stay


Udaipur visit

The hotel itself has rooms with a bed, walls and a door. There is also a reception and a restaurant (roof top). The room is uncomfortable, noisy, dirty and broken down. The reception looks like a meeting room for mobsters. The kitchen is terrible and the roof top is infected. I give a score of 2 because this hotel exists and the staff is more or less useful. That's all. Run, sleep on the street or near the lake, it's free and certainly not worse.

Stay home, there's no worse place.

It's the worst hotel I've ever seen, even in the dirty dream, it's dirty everywhere in the self-styled elevator when I get into the room. I made a show for changing my sheets and pillowcases. The color of the towels is gray.
