A short summer vacation, spent at this hotel that we did not know. We were very good... The kindness and availability of the managers (Luca the Director is exceptional!) make the vacation pleasant and relaxing. The location is excellent: close to the center (10 minutes walk) and very close to the sea. impeccable cleanliness everywhere. The kitchen is fantastic, alternative dishes to satisfy anyone... The excellent coffee and rich breakfast are both salty and sweet. We'll be back!!!! 👍🏻

Summer holidays

The worst hotel I've ever known, absolutely to avoid, old, hygienic, noisy, inhospitable, it's not to respect guests except to welcome them in such conditions.

It's horrible.

I hadn't had a chance yet, no professional hotel, booked since June with a lot of work, getting there the day before we left, calling to find out what time they gave us the rooms and finding out they gave them to other families...

A place to avoid

I'm sorry, but it's really impossible to give a positive judgement to this hotel. Then you could also understand that Director Ace, a person who alternates moments of extreme scortesy with those of great kindness, doesn't make you feel at all comfortable. So I think that if he defines himself as an all-rounder, from serving tables to managing, he does everything, he'll sleep 4 hours a night. Justifying this with the impossibility of finding collaborators, because they prefer citizenship income. Then you could also understand that we're full of problems, ultimately even better and there's none for everyone. So I think that if he finally had a lunch break, he's decided to go to a restaurant, maybe he'd just serve the food for a meal, and then he'd have to wait for a lunch break, and then he'd have to have the idea that you'd have to have the room, and then he'd have to wait for a meal, and then he'd have to come to the hotel, and then he'd have to come to the hotel, and then we'd have to take a look at

Weight

Despite Luca's kindness we were disappointed because: the swimming pool is not accessible, no air conditioning in the room (i.e. because of Covid as we spent other nights with weather in other hotels). The hotel is extremely noisy (room on the street). The name of the hotel on booking is not the same and the address is different. The breakfast is simple but correct. The price ratio is ok with the promotion otherwise it would be too expensive.

I wouldn't recommend it.

We came back after a year and we found with great pleasure our Luca great strength of the hotel. Very professional and attentive to everything. Impeccable breakfast and point in favor of coffee machines not with dust as they do in certain 4 stars but coffee Vergano. Luca's cap always creamy.... Large room very clean modern furniture, this year as a novelty opening the bar for outdoors you can order pizza, craft ice cream and many new things. The pool and terrace were still closed but always beautiful to see. Parking at their second structure.

The weekend from Dreams.

Eating bad, they try to use you to put fake reviews on your phone, be careful, beach near the hotel, while the country is far from the hotel the rooms are cold.The sea starts very deep if you walk for a while instead you find the low tide recommended for seniors

It sucks.

Great hotel suitable for families and elderly people. The staff is always available for any eventuality and request. Abundant and fresh food every day with variety of meat and fish. The beach is 2 steps also includes a kiosk bar. For those who want, in the hotel there is also a swimming pool that can be used for free. We will definitely return.

I'm sure we'll be back.

I went to the hotel SIlvano with my girlfriend for a weekend at the sea. Once we arrived at the hotel, despite the long advance compared to check-in, Luca still allowed us to park and provided us with the room. The room was very clean, and was well ordered with a refrigerator and television available. The bathroom was clean and ordered. Luca was very kind also to take us to a conventional beach two steps from the hotel where we were very well. The night was very quiet without noise and without disturbance from the road.

Professional workers

It has been two years since my previous stay in Diano Marina. It has been pleasant to see the renovations made: first of all the really courteous and attentive staff to every single need. The quality of the cleaning has greatly improved and the kitchen has reached an excellent quality. I certainly recommend the Hotel Silvano which in the person of the owner (the very kind Mrs. Barbara) has renovated and obtained an excellent visual impact also of the entire structure: externally there are beautiful and constantly maintained flowers; inside the colors chosen for the walls and the new furnishing have made the hotel really welcoming.
