The big room didn't even fit a stroller, but the bed sheets changed them for me only once, and I did two weeks...pleasant and friendly staff but it was little....in the first week of each year we sent to another hotel to eat xk the kitchen wasn't there and it was already a mess then week after year we tried to open the kitchen and it was a delirium buffet it was little for the people who were there then it was big, first arrived late then it was a dish that the cook was alone and he could stay behind everything for a lunch or dinner you were inside two and three hours before it was all over the kitchen was a mess then the cook was a mess and they could split and their rooms were a mess and then they came down and a mess and a mess was there

Disaster

I happened to find myself in Cattolica for work I was looking for a quiet place and here is the surprise: Hotel Star!!!! It is a very quiet and quiet location. I could work with my computer from my very bright and quiet room. Besides, very clean. Breakfast was abundant, with homemade products.

Surprise!

Small, clean room, no balcony, no phone, no refrigerator in the room, no soundproofing of the rooms, no door and elevator noise, bad food, no attention to food intolerances, hotel by the sea.

Weight

Badly organized kitchen and living room, some inedible dishes, hamburgers with bone cartilage, some discreet, breakfast is scarce in portions, brioches that are not enough for everyone as a variety, no fruit, no cereal, no yogurt.

Horrible dirty crap, the tub of the bathroom above us that was opening up in the open sky near our balcony, a terrible crap to report, a horrible experience, requested a room change and was denied, an embarrassing breakfast.

Holidays to Forget

A nightmare!!!!!! At the sight of the stairs and the hallway to get into the rooms came to me the dirty skin, smell and mold stains of the trash cans on the ground floor. The rooms (one of those already renovated) with nets (not ducts) bed castle worse than the military ones and the walls 😱. Lunch in the hotel next to this worse, everyone in the queue worse than the company canteens. The same evening I left!

A nightmare

We had booked for the week of 21 to 28 August 2022, well after just two days we left. I'll list things that don't go by point. 1 Old structure, neglected, in a slow renovation phase. 2 Room with old furniture and Spartan, only the bathroom is saved (although there are no plans to support objects and the door doesn't close). 3 Restaurant, lunch the next day we went to do it in a facility run by the same manager with many disadvantages. The waiter (in fact the only one) seemed completely improvised, food scarce, cold and prepared externally.

I found the hotel on the internet and from the reviews I had some doubts, but I started and booked anyway and what to say.... the Romagnoli are wonderful people, but the ones at the hotel star are even more. Gentle and available staff, cooking maybe not for everyone, but still good. The cook met all my needs for my intolerances and also met the needs of my child just because maybe he liked one dish more than something else. New bicycles available for everyone. The only thing that discouraged me was the clientele, educated and sometimes unkind towards people who were working anyway. Francy, Chiara and Luca, thank you very much for everything.
