I won a promotional holiday of three days and three nights in this hotel. A bad experience stayed one night with dinner, not to say disgusting, the next morning, out of desperation, we moved to another hotel. If the structure wanted to be advertised it was wrong enough to think that they accommodated us in a stinking room in a piccionaia with bathroom fifty years of 2.20m/sq and a wall shower that descends into the bathroom center. Balcony shared with other rooms and crumbled walls, but facing the sea...!!! the only positive thing.

A nightmare vacation.

'60s hotel with really old furnishings, at the reception courtesy girl, bad food, they charge in the all-inclusive formula an Envy wine worth 2 euros and they charge 12 euros, never again and I highly disapprove of this place, zone ZTL that they don't even warn you...

The nightmare of the weekend

A bad hotel from the dining rooms, the frozen fish, junkies from the early arrivals tastings and take something else you can't find anything, ask for variations impossible to make, what to say squalid after 15 days there with my kids who didn't eat anything because they were out of menus making only white pasta!!!

Weight

To avoid I have been in Viserba for years, the rooms are poor and aging. They are not cleaned every day. The meals are not full and varied (4 times fried chicken for 9 days). The lunch dessert is a fruit when you are lucky to have one and the one in the evening is a vulgar unappetizing cream No service I signed the first day that my shelf didn't close and my children were up at 7am because of the sun. No repairs during my stay of 9 days. We were a family with 3 rooms and this is the same for all the rooms. The only positive thing is a location.

What to Avoid

The receptionist, restaurant staff and room cleaning girls helped make our vacation serene and cheerful. The bathroom that many complained about I found very manageable and even more than annoying (maybe we just needed to equip each bathroom with a scooter to draw water, but every morning the room gets overwhelmingly clean, filled with shapoo, soap, clean tap, and lipstick) Unique sin and I'm very sorry, the restaurant.. portable kitchen was also very well suited to the choice of the first two and second, they were often cooked in the kitchen side, but we were very happy to go back to the hotel, and as soon as we got back to the kitchen, the owner of the restaurant said, I'm very happy with the kitchen, but I'm very happy to have them back to the kitchen side, and I'm very happy to have them back to the kitchen side of the house, but as soon as I got back to the hotel, I was very happy with the kitchen, and the kitchen side of the house, and I was very happy to have them back on the beach.

Stay with your amazing face!!!

You were already in early June and found considerable organizational and qualitative problems, the manager guarantees me that it was only because they had just opened... last week and... nothing changed but worsened. Formula all inclusive... but after 2 days the only sparkling wine that was there is finished and it is no longer purchased.. finishes the lemon and also that is not restored Finishes even the water gas that I go to buy in the front store (then restored... of course) 5 boiled vegetables for the whole week are the buffet.. fish names but served only pangasio, raw pasta... Buffett's breakfast with discount products and room and mortadella and doamerly rusty dozzles.. unknown to the 1970s with shower change in the bathroom... after half a week and no more than 2 days, the toilet seat and the toilet seat are not removed...

All inclusive what?

The kitchen was excellent (various food, plentiful portions and very well cooked), rooms were clean, staff were very kind and very patient, a very comfortable position for direct access to the beach. Personally, the room was not as small as the bed in other reviews, we were in 3 plus a small baby and the room was comfortable. The bathroom too, it was true that there was no shower plate but it dried up quite quickly. Air conditioning was working and refrigerator in the room. We found ourselves very well and we will definitely return.

They made us feel at home.

Ten days on the Romagnola Riviera where excellent food, courtesy of the staff and cleaning of the rooms make forget the traffic at the opening of the buffet, linked, however, this last aspect, more to the generalized malpractice than to direct responsibility of the managers. In the end, adults (3 adults) and young people (two girls 9 and 7 years old) remained happy and hopeful of being able to return to their own work next year. An excellent holiday especially for the quality-price ratio that is not always on the Romagnola Riviera, in recent years in particular, guaranteed.

A holiday without thought

I've been with my wife and my three children before the positive things that there are few food one of the best tried (congratulations to the chef) and the direct entrance to the beach.. sad notes 1 the clientele of 10 families 8 are Muslims where the lack of civility makes it as a mistress fights at the buffet where you have to put in line before the opening also because otherwise as said by the head of the room the buffet we put it only once we have to arrive earlier the same morning for breakfast if you sleep a little more take the leftovers lunch and dinner who I have an eye but breakfast and a right of all

No way to feel at home.

We were in August 2022 2 adults and 2 children 7 years old....what to say...enviable place right on the beach, great food, courtesy,2 flaws but: the rooms are a bit vintage ((but they said next year they will all be new)) and maybe a little slow in table service....but recommended
