We had a lovely apartment in a nice area that was convenient to many cafes, shops, and for groceries. The check in was not at the apartment but it was not hard to find. The staff was nice and the price for the apartment was great, It was clean and modern. I would highly endorse as we had a very positive stay

Very nice stay and reasonably priced

My journey from Boryspil Airport was comfortable and fun, the driver was really friendly and enthusiastic! The handover to the Apartment was easy and fast, the Apartment itself was perfectly good and clean for the price. Very secure too, and having a balcony was a bonus! Plenty of room, dozens of TV channels, free wifi, hot running water and a huge comfortable bed!! They also allowed me to leave my luggage at their Office when I checked out on the final day, to enable me to enjoy me final few hours in full. Great work guys, I'll be back very soon!!

Unfortunately I arrived a day late to Kiev from a illness that struck on my flight from Düsseldorf, Germany on an AirBaltic flight that missed my connection and left me to find a place to stay at midnight on a Saturday night, at the airport in Riga, Latvia. When I finally arrived Sunday afternoon and being met by a private driver at from the Hotel-Lux Apartments at Boryspil Aitport in Kiev, I found myself with a group that manages this unique collection of apartments in the some of the best locations in Kiev. For those who travel frequently, I think I am safe in saying it is the people who manage the hotels and apartments we stay in, who often make the difference from a place to sleep into an experience, making the memories from these nights in strange cities, into something we remember the rest of our life. I was looked after by a caring staff that understood I was in trouble and needed help. Under the guidance of Katya Martiusheva, I was looked after by a new friend who understood I needed medical care, which my travel insurance finally provided. My situation was complicated, as my iPhone decided to not work. Katya became my clearing house for the travel insurance representative, and the medical clinic who was trying to contact me. I gave them her number and I would soon have the message. I stayed in a remarkable, spacious 2 bedroom apartment with a full kitchen with 2 balconies overlooking the Revolution Square. 
The doctors who treated me adivised I not travel for home, until all the symptoms were cleared. Since my apartment was already rented, Katya sent a team to help me move to one of their other apartments that was as modern and functionable as you would find in London, Paris or New York City. 
3 days later when I started my long journey home from Kiev to Kansas City, Missouri, I was met by the same driver who picked me up, at 3:45AM in order to get me to Boryspil for a 6:00AM flight to Munich, then to Newark and finally home some 20 hours later. I will be back in Kiev early next year and look forward to seeing my friend and manager of an excellent choice for accommodations if your travels take you to the beautiful city of Kiev. What a wonderful result for what could have been a disaster, without the care and respect the Hotel-Lux Apartments in Kiev provided me.

World class treatment from a very professional group of dedicated staff

Good communication when booking (before getting to Kiev). Met on arrival at the apartment and extremely happy with the location, very central and convenient. Nice clean apartment, which was cleaned during our stay. All in all, very professional service at a very good price, in a very nice central apartment. Special thanks to Olesia for all her help, including booking a cab for us for a trip we'd planned a couple of days after arriving.
