It was very nice staying here in the centre of the old town.  Although in a fairly busy street, the rooms were not noisy and beds were comfortable. Ante was very helpfull answering all queries via email and Anna (if I remember correctly) was very friendly and helpfull and gave us her number if we had any questions or needed anything.  She even came out to meet us where we were dropped of in the side street where the our driver had to park.
Only suggestions I can make is that two pillows per bed will be nice as the one pillow was a bit thin for me and a kettle with mugs will be a nice touch (we stayed in the twin rooms, but the other rooms/apartments does have kitchen facilities).
Overall though a great stay with comfy beds and friendly service in an unbeatable location.

Great spot in the middle of Trogir

The first thing I'd like to say is that the owner and his assistant, Maria, were so incredibly helpful, not just at House Ivancic, but in helping us find our way around, and ultimately storing luggage for us and moving it to our next accomodation.  Way beyond the call of duty.  Several of us in our group stayed at various locations that are part of Ivancic.  Ours was a little rooftop apartment with a tiny terrace.  Lovely.  Simple but delightful.  Nothing was too much trouble.

Very good

We stayed here for 2 nights at the end of our family 2 week holiday. My wife and I had a room with a balcony looking over the square in Trogir which very nice. The room was quirky but had everything you need, comfy bed, kitchenette and bathroom. It's certainly not 5*, but the location is.

What we didn't know when booking was our room was in a separate building to where our boys were staying about 50m away, luckily they are 16 & 19 so made no difference, but it could if you had younger.

Trogir itself is very nice lots of restaurants, boats and shops. A very historical place. 

I would definitely book this place again and again.

Loved Trogir

This is beautiful, convenient, and perfectly located accommodation at a fraction of the price of a hotel for travellers who value location, cleanliness, and comfort over luxury. 
The apartment is located in the centre of the old town of trogir with restaurants and attractions at your doorstep. The balcony is a beautiful place to have a drink in the evening or breakfast in the morning, looking out over the terracotta roof tiles of the old town. Picturesque, peaceful, and comfortable.

My only advice would be to bring ear plugs as sometimes the proximity of the street can mean unwanted noise, but if that sort of thing doesn't bother you, ignore!
Good value for the price. Would throughly recommend.

Amazing 

We stopped in Trogir on the way from Dubrovnik to the Plitvice Lakes. We got caught up in the life of the old town. For a while. We didn't immediately find a hotel, although we passed it a couple of times... But it wasn't a problem - we were looking for a hotel without things. Absolute cleanliness in the room. A lot of different dishes. Even a jar for champagne! Given the age of the house in the old town, the condition of the room just amazed us! Traditionally for Croatia - a kindly host! If we have to stay in Trogir, we will definitely try to stay in this hotel if we are lucky with free rooms, which are only three.

It's a good option for a short stay.

We didn't see the owner because we were greeted by a saleswoman from a nearby store... we started to get suspicious when she said that the documents weren't necessary and that the living tax was paid to them... well... not reporting our presence of course the living tax you don't have to pay.

We stayed 2 nights at House Ivancic. It is an apartment with kitchen and terrace. All outdoors, on the main street of Trogir. In the town no cars circulate, so you have to walk to the accommodation from the parking lot, which is about 5 meters away. The hotel offers free parking. The apartment is very well decorated and is comfortable. It is 1 meter from the port of Trogir and next to numerous shops and restaurants. It is somewhat noisy, being in the center, but not something that will make the stay comfortable. I definitely recommend it.

A great accommodation in the centre of Trogir.

The location couldn't have been better! It's right in the middle of this fantastic city. The house is super clean, the room and balcony very big. We were in an apartment, comfortable and had everything you need from a studio apartment. We had a car and the parking lot was set up near the house - no problem. Trogir is an excellent base for trips to Split, Sibenik or Krka National Park. We were very happy with our choice. The owner is very kind and helpful.

The House is in the heart of Trogir

We spent 2 nights as part of our trip through Croatia and felt very comfortable. The house is located in the center of the beautiful old town of Trogir, nearby there are many restaurants. We had the attic room where it is very cozy. The walls, some of which are left with natural stones, give a romantic feel. The room has its own balcony, which was very beautiful. The decor is original and quite beautiful. The house also offered parking passes for the nearby parking lot. Trogirkp itself is a perfect starting point to explore the region.
