Very good location, well served by both train and bus Gentle owners, they made a little confusion with the reservations but were very kind to propose alternative solutions in our favor Large and yet nice apartment, bathroom without any soap or anything, a soap can be added, kitchen supplied for breakfast but with minimal things.

Good value for money

There are only positive notes: the bar/cake shop at 5 meters and the convenience of transportation. Problems with booking, overbooking, scandalous breakfast with coffee mugs and scandalous snacks; the third bed is a brandy that opened at night, and the ikea paper blankets without even a container bag; not even an extra blanket available. The bathroom falls a little bit apart. X 15€ per person you can't expect much but... in the hostel I got better services.

Never again.

The only advantage of this B&B is the connections that the place offers, nothing positive about the rest. The friendly owners at check-in then didn't see each other anymore. The room is not like in the photos, we didn't know who to ask for towels. The room is not cleaned and at least the sheets are not changed. Breakfast complete with packaged snacks. I'm confined here. DEMENTICARE! Not recommended!

A vacation in Rome

The structure is small but cozy, the bathroom is common but still clean, only that it is quite separate from the room, the staff is kind and available. The only drawback is breakfast, there are only packaged snacks and coffee bags, the microwave does not work and the other guests always take things in the evening or early morning so you get to have breakfast we found ourselves with nothing to eat. While the possibility of using the kitchen to prepare a pasta dish or anything else is a great idea.

Great bed and breakfast.

After confirming the booking by email on September 9 for me and my family with 4 children and the 8-month-old baby, I never answered. I call the owner, Mr. Andrea Curti, on September 10, and he says: confirmed, everything is OK. 3 days after departure, I call back with sheer scruple (today) and tell myself: but we don't have a place...sorry, it's been over a month that I don't hear the email...I haven't seen your email...

Do not book here!!!

We took a room with a private bathroom. Positive points: very nice room, very clean, super welcome, very well provided breakfast, price. Bed very comfortable. Next to a train station and trams and buses. A little bit more: like it was Valentine's Day we got a bottle of foam and two chocolates. Unexpected! Little negative points: shower apple and toilet glasses to replace because old. The walls are fine you can hear the neighbors' TV. We got one big blow by one. Not enough electrical outlets near the bed.

It's perfect for a couple.

I came back from a weekend in Rome in Pacques, my choice was based on the B&B Il cuore di Roma after a lot of internet searches, for the price (70€ the double room) and the location (I was looking for accommodation in the Trastevere area, recommended to go out in the evening, for its picturesque, lively streets and its many bars and restaurants). We were pleasantly surprised by the establishment, the rooms are spacious, the harmonious decoration (red and red in the rooms), the beds are large and comfortable, some rooms have a balcony.
