I was in this guesthouse several times.I had pleasant experiences every time. The rooms are clean and spacious, and the sheets are hypoallergenic and clean. Linen and towels are changed every 3 days. 
There is no restaurant but there is a kitchen on the ground floor where you can keep food in the refrigerator or you can cook something quick. It is perfect if you have a low budget. 
The only downside in my opinion is the lack of wi-fi.

Great place!

Unbeatable advantages of this small pension - sorry, hotel already - are its close location to the largest spa in Central Europe and rooms are available at close to bargain price.
Garage parking for guests available for free, also wifi. Rooms are clean with furniture fair for the money, breakfast is OK. Only down is the hard mattress on bed, though the receptionist said I was first to mention. Recommendable for those who look simple but clean rooms.

The rooms have an old fashioned style. The bathroom is not that nice either, the water almost didn't come from the tap. They offer half-pension service where barely can found vegetarian food (at the breakfast there were eggs and some piece of cheese), for dinner one day was some sweet, next day some salad (mostly lettuce, some cucumber and cheese on the top). There is live music in the restaurant which is awful. Some waitress' behavior was not acceptable.
The walls in the rooms are so thin that you can hear everything what the other people are doing in the house.
When you come here at the first time, there isn't any sign to show where is the entrance.
The place is advertised that the thermal bath is 5-6 minutes of walking, in the reality is like 12-15 minutes.
First there was no towel in the room.
I wouldn't come back to here.
