Every thing was great, all the stuff they are really great and big thanks for Bushra and ACE they are very beautiful from inside and out side ,, they helped too much really it’s the best stuff in this hotel , the room size and view are perfect as well

Just great

Quite possibly the most attentive hotel staff in the world. This is the best overall hotel luxury experience I have ever had. And that’s saying a lot. It’s this over the top attention to detail that’s so rare to find. Even amongst 5-star luxury hotels.

From the check-in staff to the executive lounge, to the restaurant and upper management, the employees here always went above and beyond. This resort is immaculate through and through and you will not be disappointed with your stay here. 

Special thank you to the general manager Okan who was so kind to me and my family. I cannot thank you enough! Big thanks also to Eren, Koray, and Umut in the executive lounge. 

The lounge is such a great benefit to have. The dinner is always changing to something new. Every evening at 5:30pm you’ll have a new assortment of food. It’s so good that you won’t even want to leave the hotel. 

The staff at the restaurant Ceres was also incredible. The food is delicious and the service is great. 

This hotel is fairly new and located directly on the waterfront. It’s a prime location. Very secure, safe and clean. 

If you can get a room in the residences then go for it. It’s like living in a super luxury apartment with every feature you can desire. Full kitchen, washer and dryer, dishwasher, multiple rooms, etc. 

If you’re considering the JW Marriott Istanbul Marmara Sea understand that you will not find a better overall hotel. This is the best of the best. The cream of the crop. Don’t even bother with any other choices. Go here. You will be so glad you did.

The Best Luxury Hotel In Istanbul

I would like to review my visit to the hotel SPA as well as my impressions from tour around hotel facilities . I was not staying as a guest - I came to see this new hotel since I was staying nearby in another  hotel . I have taken then an invitation to spend time in the SPA going for 45 min traditional Turkish Hammam scrab / soap massage - which was absolutely unforgettable experience !  The SPA itself is very clean , well organized , with a lot of staff looking after guests from the first minute of arrival . My therapist was Mrs Ozdan - local Turkish lady . She was very professional and also attentive ….. 45 minutes passed as 5 …. After fantastic Hammam experience  I had a feeling as am a new born … all thanks to skills of Mrs Ozdan ….
This SPA visit made me motivated to stay next time couple of nights in the hotel and experience this new property - hence am a member of Marriott loyalty program .
If you are planing to stay in this Marriott hotel in ATAKOY Istanbul - come and experience hotel SPA and definitively try Turkish Hammam , particular if Mrs Ozdan will be available to be your spa therapist

I loved the view the hotel was easy to reach every where the kind staff especially Madam Busa she was so kind and helpful they tried their best to make my stay remembered the room was spacious clean well furnished on my next visit I will stay the same without thinking

Amazing stay with incredible service. Delicious food, cleanliness, and attentive staff. I would especially want to mentioned the care of trainee Stanislav, the responsiveness of Emir at the summer bar near pool, and the best shisha master Gorkem) wishing you success!

Amazing hotel

This is a relatively new hotel opened recently in 2021.  I had not tried it until now simply because I am not a fan of this location.  For tourists it is not close to main interesting sites.  It is not very close to a metro station.  It was a convenient location close to the old airport, but not anymore since the airport opened.  Yes it's by the sea and has some views but personally I don't go to Istanbul for the resort-style relaxing holiday, there are other places in the country which are better in the south of the country for that, such as Antalya, Bodrum, etc.

Except for the subpar location, the hotel itself is very nice.  You get a luxury feeling as soon as you walk in and staff is clearly attentive to guets.  I was upgraded to a junior suite partial sea view.  They sell themselves a bit short with the name of the room type because it was a real suite, not really a junior suite because there was a clear separation between the bedroom and the living room and had 1.5 bathrooms.  Overall the room looked very nice with good quality construction.

Happy hour in the lounge was ok but felt more at the level of a Sheraton or Marriott, rather than a brand which is supposed to be luxury such as JWM.  There was nothing wrong with happy hour but just nothing stood out relative to lesser brands.  For starters they could offer more than simply beer and wine - having a cocktail menu might be more fitting for a luxury hotel.

All in all this hotel is good but suffers from a similar fate as Hyatt Regency Ataköy nearby which I don't visit often (despite being a good hotel) simply because of the area.  Perhaps this area can work better for others than for myself, if so, JWM hotel has many strong points so it can be worth a shot.

Incredible Hotel and hospitality!! ;^)

My wife and I spent 7 nights at JW Marriott Istanbul Marmara Sea. We had a great time and appreciated everyone we have interacted with. The whole front desk team and Cerme in specific. The whole team of breakfast restaurant and not to forget OTKAY. The whole executive lounge team.
The concierge team. The Valet parking team. Everyone we met was an exception.

This hotel management has created a welcoming environment that is second to none where everyone is doing his or her best to provide the best service and make the guests very happy!

I echo the hotel motto and agree that JW Marriott Istanbul Marmara Sea is “the pinnacle of modern luxury” YES IT IS.

Finally, as a Marriott titanium elite, I strongly recommend using Marriott points and rewards to stay at this great hotel! Marriott elites: you will never regret it.

Beautiful location with a see view rooms and walk as well.
Nice and friendly staff the reception , concierge and breakfast hall. 
During our stay 20-25 April 2024 , we have met several friendly and helpful staff members in particularly in the breakfast: Okan , Oktay , Semih , Hilue and Ozon. All of them were very welcoming andhelpful.
I hope the spelling of their names is correct 👍🏻 
We look forward to visit the hotel again soon.🌸
