Worst place and worst service for family to live in fatih, suktanahmet

The booking was booked as a apartment category number. The information did not match the facts: * Instead of a living room and a bedroom (i.e. 2 bedrooms) we got one room with 4 bedrooms. At first three adults were offered to live in one-bedroom apartments with a mini-divan and a double bed. * The description indicated that there was a transfer service from the airport, but in fact we were told that there was no such service. * The description indicated that the staff spoke Russian, but not everyone who spoke Russian with us.

It's a hoax.

I spent one night in the weekend of 27-28 July, the single room is proper, with air conditioner, refrigerator, TV, electric kettle, hair dryer, hot water bath, wifi. Also, the owner has a restaurant in near and he is friendly and helpful (I left my baggage in the restaurant after leaving the room for free).
For 20 € per night, I think it's so perfect for a single to have a walking sightseeing in sultanahmet place.
I highly recommend.

Very nice and good price

We traveled with 4 friends and booked a two-bedroom apartment.There are always things to improve, little kitchen but good for preparing some breakfasts, very clean and comfortable.The rooms are very spacious.The living room with three sofas and a table.The bathroom is quite decent.We were in December, so it was very cold, there was no heating and the truth is that the temperature in the house was very pleasant.I recommend it for trips with family or friends.Facilities for check-out, although check-in was a bit chaotic (sorry us) it is important to contact the owner first to set the arrival time.Note that it accepts ticket payments.

 Genius for the price!

Thanks to Serdal for hospitality! Very friendly, sympathetic and attentive owner. I liked the apartment. There is everything necessary. Excellent location. Since this is a ground floor, it is rather humid. But it's not so hot. Separate gratitude to Serkam (I hope correctly wrote) for the huge help in a difficult situation in which we got. It's good that there are such kind and ready to come to help people! Thank you to Serdal for the hospitality. Very welcoming, responsive and attentive owner. The apartment was liked. There is everything necessary.

Value for money - on top!

It's a budget option for those who want to save money. Kardesler apart is a difficult hotel to call. Strictly speaking, it's a compact room with a shower room. The number fund is old. Repair would not bother you. And the furniture hasn't been updated for a long time. But cleaning is done. The hotel is 20-25 minutes away from Ataturk Airport. The transfer cost us 20 euros. Kardesler apart is a hotel we chose mainly because it's located in the very center of Istanbul, Taksim Square. 3-4 minutes walk down the old streets of Taksim, and the kitchen will open up a beautiful view. Please walk to the square, where you'll probably find the whole of the beautiful square in front of you, and the entire square in front of the Cathedral will be served with a soup, and at the Cathedral you'll need a 15 minute walk down the street, but you'll need to know that the hotel is located in the oldest building in the city.

Stayed 4 nights here. Was very happy with the location, could walk to all the sights. Good restaurants around the area. It was clean and staff were extremely kind. Would recommend. The owner also had a restaurant which was very well priced and the food was great!

Great location!

If you plan to visit Sultanahmet, this hotel is a great place to stay. The owner have a restaurant. They can send the food to your room. Owner is so nice. Supermarket just few walks away. We chose the apartment with kitchen so we can cook. They provide washing machine as well in the room which is soo great! We went to Cappadocia for few days and leave some items here with safe. Highly recommended to a family traveler like us.

Great Apartment with Kitchen

We booked an apartment for 3 people. Double bed, sofa bed, bathroom and kitchen. When we arrived that apartment was close for contruction and they hosted us in a massive apartment with a room with a double bed, a room with 2 single beds, big bathroom with a massive shower, living room with a huge sofa, kitchen, etc...

They went to clean the apartment on the middle of the week.

The landlord was really nice and also he has a restaurant on the building where we could have a really good and cheap lunch the first day.

It is close to the Blue Mosque (5 mins walking) so you can go everywhere walking.

The only "bad" thing was the WiFi, really slow for the use the people need today.

100% recommended.

The best place to discover Istanbul

The apartment was underground (basement). The access stairs were steep. Impossible to download pushchairs. There was a lot of moisture. We returned with breathing problems. Under furniture, they hadn't cleaned three months ago. A site disaster. The apartment was underground (a basement). The access stairs were very sloping. Impossible to get off children's chairs.
