Receptionist not hospitalple at all , there is no enough seats in lobby , female toilet in lobby area smell bad
Not easy to reach the reception or the manger on duty 
I requested extra towel & water at 12:33 am the receptionist said it’s chargeable as per the hotel  policy
Why there’s no one mentioned that on the website 
It’s very bad experience

The worst experience in an hotel in my entire life, never come here they are charging for everything , and they did not give the rooms that we booked and paid  for , with and excuse of being fully booked , terrible experience and i’ll never come here again

Worst experience

It was the worse experience that I could ever have.
The room didn’t have towels or water. Very expensive hotel I paid 150$ for a room without towels or water.
I was coming from long travel and just needed a shower and a bed .
Then i went to breakfast in the next early morning, the food was not good at all, old luncheon meet, cold tea and coffee, and when I asked to warm the tea, I had to explain several times that the water is not even warm for the tea.
When I called to request water for the room, I had to remind them more than 4 times, waited for four hours and eventually I didn’t have the water.
However, for the checkout, I received a call before 12:00 PM reminding me of the check out then another reminder, then in less than five minutes the services started to ring the bell of the room to tell me that they can wait five minutes for the check out. When the service so me so frustrated, he tried to help and support.
I wouldn’t recommend this hotel for anyone, and yes if you want to come, prepare your self to pay security deposit of 60$ which will be refunded later. but what for? If they don’t have towels and their bed sheets are not clean.

Worse hotel experience ever

Good and clean hotel with excellent hospitality. In-house restaurant is available with a variety of food menu available. Great and comfortable stay. Nice and courteous staff members. Though the rooms were small it was sufficient enough for a family (2 adult + 1 kid) for a comfortable stay. Would recommend it for a family and couples.

Staying at Kingsgate Hotels is an incredibly enjoyable experience. The three hotels located in the Al-Jaddaf area offer exceptional services. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the receptionists, Mr. Carlos, Mr. Jack, and Ms. Madiha, as well as their manager, Mr. Khaled, for their outstanding attitude and professionalism.
Furthermore, I would like to extend a special thanks to the security manager, Mr. Salman, and his dedicated team members, Mr. Bashir, Mr. Muntaser, and Mr. Adel, for their invaluable cooperation and assistance.
Lastly, I must acknowledge the exceptional work carried out by the bellboys, Mr. Anim and Mr. Chandra. Their efficiency and attentiveness greatly contributed to making my stay even more enjoyable.
Overall, my experience at Kingsgate Hotels has been nothing short of exceptional, thanks to the remarkable staff members who go above and beyond to provide a memorable and comfortable stay.

Best hotel in town

This is the good place to stay I this hotel. Staffs are very good,helping in nature & very cooperative. Break fast is also good variety. We are really enjoyed here. Over all this is the best experience with this hotel.

Its the worst. I found cimex insect on my bed . I called reception to send room service to see 
He came and he doesn’t take thing seriously.. i request room changing 
And to change all bed sheets .. the room service was rood and he did not like my request..
The room they give me is for handicapped people!
The room is small and near the service room 
The workers talk loudly and noisy
I did not sleep well

Cimex at the bed !!

This is one of the horrible experiences in my entire hotel living.
The air conditioning ducts are full of pollen which caused me eye allergy called conjecutivitis.
They owe me 170 AED on checkout which they manipulated the system to erase it. 
Management staff is one of the most terrible situation diffusing behaviours. 
This hotel has three properties. 1.Kingsgate Al Jaddaf 
2.Kingsgate Canal 
3.Grand Kingsgate hotel. 
The three hotels are worse one after the  other. 
They have no hospitality etiquette to call a cab to a customer. 
They threatened me with police
And police told me that no one called them. 
I will file case against this lousy place with propper government option available in dubai.
You wait for ages for your money back. 
Never again in this group of three
Hotels where cats wander in the lobby.

Horrible Experience

Very bad hotel very bad reception stuff named Anish.. There is always a problem with key cards room exist & I need to wait almost 3 hours to solve the problem after so many time ignore my complaint.. The same problem with room cleaning if you will not Request for that no one will come to clean your room and even after your Request it takes half of the day to send someone to clean! Only location the good things in this hotel

Everything was wonderful the staff the accommodation all very friendly and easy way to deal.

Only small complain regarding the AC was not working in the room for the first 4 hours but the entire staff was friendly and helpful even if that was 10PM - 2 AM (even the technician was visiting the room around 5-7 times to be sure all was going to works as soon as possible and they did it :) WAS FANTASTIC!

Anish at reception was so friendly and highly appreciated explaining me with accurate info, WELL DONE!

I would like to have a good price deal for the next visit since I definitely will go back and will recommend friends and people to stay in your Hotel
