Non existent service. AC was not working and instead of trying to fix it or offering another room, the hotel actually tried to make us pay extra to take another room. Absolutely pathetic attitude. Luckily the Ostrovok support team was able to intervene and make them fix their broken amenities. Towels and sheets were shabby and we preferred to wash them ourselves before using. Very sad.
