Big allinclusive hotel on Kumköy beach. Unfortunately our holiday timing wasn't so great - weather were bit grey and temperature also low. There was many services closed on hotel because of low season (winter). Food and roomservice in this hotel is great and almost all employees are very nice. Enormous minus here is employees language skills :( 
If you don't speak german or turkish it's really hard for you to get information about things or order food or drinks etc. From time to time we find it very impolite that we were treated not as equal as german quests. It would be nice if management could inform their employees that every quest should be treaten equal and at the end they will pay their paycheck. 
Over all we had nice holiday here and we might come back some year in future! But definetely some different season :)

Nice and tidy allinclusive hotel

Super hotel, nice staff, very good food and drinks, nice pool facilities, very good ambiance. Rooms (DZ sea view) sufficient, room service was very good.

(almost) Perfect!

Five times I came to this hotel. In 2017 it was the largest crowd of tourists. Very many Turkish citizens. For us it was very good, because there were many young people. And implicitly more fun. Generally, older people come to this hotel. Listen to old music. Every year, I noticed the increasingly poor quality of what the hotel offers. Poor artistic performances, culinary specialties are fewer. Managers should take action. Adem Cicek needs to get involved more. The evening needs more animation, good live music. However, the services of this hotel are very good. All employees are very nice, smile at all times. The beach is very good with plenty of places. We will return in September and hope it will be better. I recommend this hotel for the very good beach, the best staff and the gastronomic quality!
