Please avoid!! We swapped hotels to come to this hotel based on great photos. We checked in and all ok, apart from seeing 2 cockroaches in the lobby (dread the kitchen) we first went to the pool, after not being told it’s closed before paying the bill upfront. It said it was fully booked on booking.com as people can easily get refunds this way. We then went to the beach, it’s a building site. So again can’t be used. The gym was out of order and a mess with cockroaches everywhere. Staff rude and since sending a number of emails regarding our stay we have been ignored.  The air con was also broken and in 40 degree heat this is awful. Please avoid this hotel even if they do get the pool and beach fixed.

COCKROACHES- NO POOL BEACH OR GYM!! AVOID

This place was the single worst hotel I have ever experienced, I stayed here with my girlfriend and father for two weeks, and I genuinely never want to come back ever again. They constantly bang on about saying they are gonna fix the construction site of a beach, even had the cheek to tell me it might be 4 days upon arrival and maybe you can swim! Sure, ill dive in off the scaffolding! The hotel staff are just the worst people, the receptionist made me pay upfront even though it was done through booking.com, as some people ‘might reverse the payment’ I wonder why…. 

The rudeness of the staff was unmatched, they should not even be employed, and they should strike English as one of their languages off their website. Even the down to the barman telling us the bar is closed yet serving his friends. By the way there is no pool bar because they are too lazy to operate it. 

The cleaning staff spoke nothing but Turkish and when given some Lira, because he was lingering, told me through google translate that it was essentially nothing. And also said the words ‘money, money?’ At my door one morning. 

They also have been writing their own reviews and creating a masquerade of a nice hotel. But it isnt. Luckily I met other couples who have also written reviews here, and we could at least make something out of it, mainly by using other hotel’s facilities. 

Either way, don’t book here, don’t even look at this page, just leave and try Greece instead, its much better.

Avoid at al costs

We choose to stay at La Boutique based on the photos on the hotels web site. We did this in good faith. On arrival we were shocked by almost everything we saw. The location was as described , however the site was not as shown in photos. It was a building site. The builders were working day and night. The restaurant was not open. The Spa was not working. The gym was not functional. The lift broke down four times whilst we were in it. After complaining the receptionist upgraded our room. I was led to believe that some of the guests experienced no air con. Our room constantly only had hot water.This meant unacceptably  hot showers. The whole hotel staff were friendly but had no position of authority to alter a broken hotel and had to endure day after day of complaints. All of the above is factual, not opinion. We were ferried to another hotel and had full use of their facilities. But this was based on a time table, which meant telling them what time for pick up. The latest time was 5.00pm.
A very disappointing stay. Most frustrating is all of the above is so easily fixed. But that means the attitude of the owners is of complete disregard and disrespect to their paying customers.

Please take your time to read this am still here with my husband. The photos are all false there is NO BEACH NO POOL BAR OR SERVICE THE WHOLE OUTSIDE IS A BUILDING SITE !!! Each day we have to wait to be ferried to another hotel with beach then to be ready 4/5pm to be taken back hotel honestly i do not Wright reviews but you need to no now so many people come to check in then walk out absolutely devastated & crushed . So much so the whole stress I collapsed & was rushed to hosp & was on drip 9hours this has never ever happened to me We told them our fridge was broken !! 8 days later still no fridge I am going to do my best to upload the REAL LA BOUTIQUE THE BUILDERS ARE WORKING 24-7 none stop bang bang drilling there is so much more wrong with this place . thank you for a lovely an absolutely stay.  I travelled alone for dental reasons and I was quite nervous.  The hotel was beautiful.  My room was clean and attended to every day.  The staff friendly and helpful.  The food was delicious.  A big thank you.

When you arrive you go WOW because the entrance looks grand but Tired.
But it's downhill fast from there.
The beds only have a bottom sheet and a sort of top cotton thing that doesn't cover the bed so it's a struggle for 2 people to share. Two lumpy pillows, very hard mattress ( we put spare duvets under bottom sheet to help)and only 1 chair for two people to share. Additional sheet , pillows and chair were provided upon request.
Not many staff or other Guests around.
It badly needs updating and maintenance .
Walked down their many stairs to the beach , railngs missing boards barely safe. No maintenance. A Health and safety issue.
Breakfast surprisingly was ok.
Don't recommend you stay here. There are so many choices in the area that appear well maintained.

Friendly and helpful staff. Fast checking in. The base rooms are small, but include the basics. The base rooms have either the view of the back of another building or a small view of the sea in between buildings. The first room had a dripping toilet and noisy air vent  so changed rooms. The second room was still at the back, but now above noisy air conditioning units on the ground floor. These were very noisy at times early in the morning. Lighting in the room was dim. The bar had a long list of drinks, however, they were out of a number of the basic spirits. The hotel is a 20 minute drive from the old Town, so not very convenient for tourists wishing to explore this section of Antalya. The railing on the steps leading down to the beach seating had a large section missing, so dangerous. Tea and coffee supplies poor for a 4 star hotel.

A nice looking hotel from the outside, but doesn't live up to expectations.

This hotel is nasty. It's dirty everywhere, behind the bar, the tables at the beach. There was a leftover fruit plates at the beach from the night before and flies they brought.
There was no towels at the beach and when asked they said we can get towels "maybe" in 30 minutes or so.
Breakfast was a joke, there is bunch of tasteless veggies and fruit. No honey on the supposed honey platter, probably too expensive for them. They went with Strawberry Jam instead.
Coffees is of course not included in the breakfast, you have to pay for it.
In case you don't have a converter for your plugs, you of course have to pay extra for that and they only had 1 left for us.
Rooms are old, was probably made this way 20 years ago and I m not sure if it ever deep cleaned since than.
Stuff is not friendly, don't even bother asking a question, they probably don't have the answer and they will suggest you to look online. Save yourself some time and just look online.
We booked it for 4 nights and decided to leave after the first night and they refused to give refunds for the 3 days we are not staying. However we still left.

Awful experience, we just left

Pros: All staff at this hotel were great including: reception, servers, maintenance etc. Location good!  Great views from rooms and roof top.

Cons:  Hotel air conditioning does not work consistently, first assigned room it didn’t work at all (they switched us), second room it continually shut off so we woke up continually to a terribly hot room in the mornings!  Daytime it shut off so we had to continually restart - we could never get the room cool enough!

Waterfront deck area called “Blanc Beach” is unsafe… the stairs going into the water have algae all over them making them slippery coupled with broken stairs and nails sticking out.  A guest sitting beside us cut his foot, blood everywhere and he left to go hospital! (Bloody towels were left all day on deck with ice packs - needless to say we left!!!)
There is garbage left on the deck and kitchen area and it is disgusting.   The same garbage on table going down to waterfront stayed there for 4 days!  There is garbage on the roof and over the back of the structure.  I would NEVER order food there as it is far from clean!!!!  Stairs down to deck and deck itself are in disrepair… nails sticking out, rough wood (slivers in peoples feet!!) and rotten wood.  It really needs to be shut down and a good overhaul or guests will continue to be injured.

Rooftop pool:  broken chairs stacked in corner and broken bar stools on deck.  Shattered glass railings on deck???!!!! Railing into pool broken and falling off!!!  Such a beautiful setting yet a lawsuit waiting to happen!!!

I would not stay here again until the waterfront, pool and air conditioning are  fixed!!! 

Maybe a winter only hotel??

Stay here only if you don’t swim and don’t need air conditioning

The massage is here the best and the people that work there are great people ! Till next week bossman.

I didn’t really wanna go but work is calling again but I will be back for sure for sureeee till then
