Opening the window and seeing the gulf in all its beauty is priceless. The location is exceptional: it overlooks the seaside and with one glance embraces all of Naples.

What a sight!

The BB does not have a badge or even a sitophone and it is not understood why. Because of this I waited half an hour on the street. The room is small just like the bathroom that should be reviewed. The door of the room closes badly and is so thin as to hear every slight noise in the hallway. The panoramic view over the seaside is noteworthy. The structure lacks a common area. No staff present and not available to receive any request. Good location on the sea but not central. There is no breakfast and the adjacent bar is not quite cheap.

Balcony by the sea but only that

Cleanliness, kindness and hospitality are the motto...located at the beginning of the French Quarter we can find this rented room near the train station and other places of interest in the center of Naples....not very close to the Spanish neighbourhoods but easily accessible....one sin (so it didn't seem right to give me 4 stars) the baggage deposit... in case your return is several hours after check out (Saturday or Sunday) they don't know how to help you....that is they would have made me go around Naples for 7 hours with my luggage ready....unfortunately I have solved because I am a man of the world....if they solve this weekend's problem....they are absolutely 5 stars...although a nice vacation...

A small and hospitable place to spend the holidays

These rooms are very modern and clean and the location is perfect for a walk along the sea and access to Naples. I was most impressed with our host, Diego, for making our stay very easy and helping us with taxis, directions, etc. Highly recommended. Note there is no reception area so be sure to coordinate to check in and get your key.

Great location and fantastic host

The view of the sea, islands and Vesuvius from the small balcony is wonderful (as long as you stay in the two rooms facing Via Caracciolo, that is room Ischia - where we were - and Vulcano). Unfortunately Via Caracciolo is very busy especially in the evening and at night and despite the excellent locks, the noise enters the room. So if you have light sleep take the covers... Rumorous also the locks of the various rooms and the entrance door. Room and bathroom without infamy and without praise.

Upper chamber with view, but very noisy

Although the owners respond quickly to the phone and emails, from a practical point of view reaching the room was an impossible mission. Inserted into a building, with the phonograph not always working. On the door of the apartment there is neither a phonograph nor a bell (you have to ring to the neighbor). The room is modest. There is no common area but only a hallway. I had the impression that they had not changed the sheets before I arrived.

organisational problems

It's great to be able to wake up in the morning and admire a panorama for a few chosen people or to look out at the night and enjoy the beauty of the Gulf of Naples, and what about strolling on the traffic-closed stretch of Via Caracciolo.

Charming place.

The rooms are comfortable and clean. There is a good way to make coffee and tea. Mineral water is free. The view of the Gulf of Naples is breathtaking. The owner's Marco is very friendly, as is the booking and payment process. The only drawback is the street noise.

Great location on Via Caracciolo, nice rooms with some small maintenance services, nice reception, a little poor breakfast, overall good.

In the center of Naples with beautiful views

A very old building, with rat traps in the atrium, a room with a sofa that served as a reception communicating with our dirty room, window with a bad view (a very old building). We left leaving the transfer paid in advance, Mr. Marco and Mrs. Sophie did not dare to come to hear our reasons, it all happened with a guy who had the keys to the apartment. I wonder if we were the victim of a scam or something. Since I read the reviews all positive. The next day I called Mr. Marco and pretending nothing he apologized.
