We had booked 3 rooms for 2 nights and were distributed at the end of the first one. Hotel totally old and dirty, absolutely avoid it! Notable facts: - no sound insulation as well from the street as from other rooms - dirty room when we arrived, so we demanded that the room be cleaned but the result was not much better - nasty smell in the rooms (dust and dirt) - suspicious tasks on the floor - blood on the wall - tiny and wet bathroom dirt - Wi-Fi - a single electrical outlet in the room, in the bathroom!

Dirt to run away from

We booked a room at two. we flew from Krakow to Lourdes then drove to the hotel in the rental car. unfortunately, the flight was an hour late because four people were late. we arrived at the hotel and there was a problem. the gentleman said the have closed the one they thought we just came from the street to book a hotel, we explained to the gentleman 20 minutes and also showed the booking form in French and then everything was fine. rooms clean, one shower and a nice bed, actually you are used to hotels that have a TV or a kitchen but it's not so bad, we were there for four days about three days

Good night in the middle of Lourdes.

Our room was clean, as was the bathroom, and the beds were comfortable, and the managers were friendly and chatty, and the restaurant's restaurant offered Pyrenean trout on the menu, a nice local touch.

After my somewhat forced stay in this hotel, I decided to make a list of what shocked me in these two days: _ the level of cleanliness in the rooms really leaves to be desired. _ the bathroom stinks and is not thoroughly cleaned. A little sponge shot here and there and here it will do! (starting with the toilet before finishing with the dishwasher - I saw it with my own eyes after the day's cleanliness/servant/housekeeping was over, not a tiny one before all. _ the bathroom stinks and not being thoroughly cleaned! _ the size of the bathroom/room is not a lot! _ the bathroom/room is just as comfortable as a barrel of allum! - The bathroom is just too hard to be seen in the room. - The next thing you know, it's not going to be a nice thing to do, but it's not a nice thing to go to the bathroom - it's a nice thing to have a nice, nice thing to do, but it's not a nice thing to go to the bathroom, it's a

First and last time!

Positive notes: Central location in the vicinity of the Sanctuary, air conditioning of the room, cleanliness and wifi functioning in common areas. Gentle and available staff. Many are unfortunately the negative notes: small rooms with dated furniture, without even a power outlet, the only one is in the bathroom. Also the dividing walls are very subtle; you can hear every noise from the adjacent rooms. Very uncomfortable bed. Very small, dated bathroom, with a shower bounded by a curtain and little light from the one point above the sink. The whole structure should still be renovated. Even the restaurant does not offer much choice from the menu, reflecting the same quality standard of the hotel.
