We visited La Vela for the 4th time, which says enough I think :)
We love La Vela hotel, it’s so beautiful, peaceful and has the perfect location on walking distance from Alaçati center.
Monica and Bertan are tremendous hosts, making us feel at home every time. Their homemade breakfasts are the best.
From the 600+ hotels Alacati counts, for sure choose La Vela. You will not regret.

Favorite hotel in Alacati

We've been going to the La Vela Hotel regularly since 2014 to visit Monica and Bertan. For us, it's always easy in every respect. And for us as many travelers on different continents, it's our favorite hotel. See our reviews of previous years, which are absolutely true this time too. With the careful and perfectly loving management of the hotel couple, the high standard is always guaranteed. So this year too. The corona rules are strictly adhered to and you feel safe and well taken care of. Again this year it was goodbye  we'll be back  - and we'll do it again!

The La Vela - always a sure value!

The La Vela is a beautiful little jewel just outside the picturesque old town of Alacati. We really enjoyed our time with Monica and Bertan. They are both the born hosts. They are absolutely professional and always ready to put everything in motion in the background so that the time with them will remain unforgettable. The little hotel is very well maintained and the beautiful rooms are super clean. We really liked the facility with the many palms and plants. The  English lawn is impressive. The breakfast is very rich; it is prepared with love and decorated. It tasted very well. We would like to thank Monica and Bertan very warmly. It was very beautiful and we can continue to follow La Vela's advice.

A little jewelry with great hosts

Our stay at the Hotel La Vela was simply perfect. We were spoiled with a variety of local produce breakfast that was beautifully decorated. The hotel is lovingly run, has tastefully decorated rooms and everything is perfectly clean. The pool and garden are an oasis of recreation. Monika and Bertan are warm-hearted hosts and gave us helpful tips for excursions and swimming beaches. We can highly recommend this wonderful boutique hotel.

Beautiful, lovingly run boutique hotel

I have been very comfortable in La Vela, a small oasis in the lively Alaçati, and have enjoyed a pleasant and relaxing day. Monica and Bertan are perfect hosts, warm and friendly, helpful and friendly. The staff is also very friendly. The bright rooms are very clean, individually and lovingly designed. Breakfast with regional, fresh specialities is a delight. The well-groomed garden invites you to a fine Turkish coffee and more. A truly highly recommended boutique hotel. A big thank you to Monica and Bertan for the unforgettable days. I'll be glad to come back, Esther!

A Dreamy Oasis in Alaçati

It was our first time to Alaçati. After a couple of days we ended up in this lovely boutique hotel. What a warm welcome from Monica and Bertan. We felt like home. 
The room was nice and clean. The bed was soft and large. The breakfast abundant and all freshly made. The swimming pool was a cool change for the warm sun. A true little paradise.

Perfectly romantic boutique hotel with a fantastic garden + swimming pool. Owners and staff are very helpful and friendly; they catered to all our needs. Ideal place to visit Alaçati. Would definitely recommend it! Rooms are nice and clean, as is the whole hotel.

Perfect

Monica and Bertan are unique and do everything to beautify your holiday. Cleanliness/hygiene/rooms/breakfast/pool everything is simple 1A. It's all so clean and organized. You feel so comfortable and cared for, even if you don't know Alacati. They keep helping you no matter what. When we say goodbye, we felt like we were separating from family, which is really very rare. Thank you for everything!!

Better than at home!!!

For the second time, we really enjoyed this stay at the Vela, hosted by Monica and Bertan, so adorable, thoughtful and full of little attention to the happiness of their guests at all times!

This is a dream hotel!

I'm in Alachatá for the first time and I'm really excited about staying at this hotel. I didn't find any downside at all, only the downside: a welcoming host, a beautifully furnished hotel area, everything done with great love and effort - that's obvious. I was surprised that the area and the rooms themselves were thought out to the smallest detail. Almost everything in the rooms is Monica's personal design projects. Everything is as beautiful as in the photos, in the living room even more beautiful and cozy.
