this is a no frills property. neat and clean rooms, neat sheets, clean bathrooms and a small pantry to make tea/coffee is all what you will get. it doesn't have a tv, intercom, newspaper delivered or a restaurant attached to the property. the property is attached to the beach so you can directly go in your swimsuit. lots of shacks nearby and so lunch and dinner options are not a problem. however breakfast is a little away from the property (0.5 km on the benaulim beach main road towards Maria Hall). if you are a late breakfast eater (post 10am) then you can go to the shacks nearby. they aren't open early in the morning unlike the ones that are about 0.5 km away. the staff at L'Amour is very friendly and very helpful. They have good security at both the main entrance as well as the beach entrance and make sure that the visitors entry is bonafide. overall its a lovely place for a budget traveller.

No frills

Nice place. Neat and clean .Good Staff. Beach is right behind the resort .We initially planned for 1days but  later continued our stay here.  No food available but there are beach shacks just outside the backgate on the beach. Rooms are spacious and well maintained.  Staff is courteous and professional.

Pleasant stay

The accommodation in L'amour provided much sought-after calmness & serenity. Food from the shacks was authentic Goan style & scrumptious near to Benaulim beach.
All the staff at the stay was cordial. Three cheers to the homely stay @ L'Amour, highly recommended!

Lovely & peaceful, the name says it all..

Situated in walk way to the beach with basic rooms and veranda. In the morning you will get free coffee or tea. Room service if wanted every day. Security all around. And, depending on the neighbours (in my case to the left 7 partying russians  ) very quiet. But that problem was solved by the manager after a complain. The restaurant is not working but there is enough around, also in the village which can be reached by a 10 min walk. I will be back

Nice cheap place

Resort just a few steps from the beach, cottage immersed in a well-kept garden. Clean room, with ventilator and mosquito bin. Kind and available staff. We stayed there twice, at the beginning and at the end of our trip to India! We found each other very well.

Highly recommended

 Very close to the beach, peace, clean, and very helpful staff. We were there for 3 night with my friend. It was beautiful time there, I would suggest you to go directly to the hotel and get the room they are very kind. 
Gonesha is the best there .
I will definitely visit you again.

Clean, airy but unpretentious rooms; private pathway leads directly on to the beach.
A/C, non A/C or cottages available, each with outdoor seating area.
Jonathan, Vanessa and staff are very helpful and courteous. 

Great location right on the beach

In our room (minibuingo), there was no plumbing near the ocean, the toilet was generously supplying water for the feet when we were swimming (very nice). Every bit of life is going around here, strangely as the snakes don't crawl into the huge holes between the doors and the door. We came in at night, and at 10 a.m. we were asked to go out with a sick child and a fever (although he may have been paid for a day, he spent a couple of hours to go to a taxi for a separate fee, but he refused to go out, only a few hours of his day's pay.

The disgusting hotel of thieves

It was one of the best stay in my whole trip. Located in South Goa benaulim beach( second best beach after agonda). Property is very near to beach. Rooms were clean & staff was friendly.
Best part was place is big & so calm that fill the purpose in visiting south Goa 

Worth a stay!!

We were here at the end of February 2019. I can say that it was the best hotel in all of our travels in India. And it was also the cheapest. It was a great location, a beach outlet, and at the same time very quiet and quiet, terraces overlooking the garden. Spacious clean rooms, clean territory. Very nice and responsive staff. It's just a paradise place. We hope to come back here again.
