We booked this delicious apartment at the last minute: it couldn't have been better! The residence is a short distance from the centre of Kitzbühel and the ski slopes, provided you use the car or the efficient public transport (the stop is two steps away). The apartment is ideal for those who want to enjoy some relaxation. From the windows you can enjoy wonderful views of the snowy peaks. The residence is very well furnished and equipped with all the amenities (even in the kitchen). The lady who runs the apartments was kind and discreet. If you had to go back to skiing in Austria I would know where to stay

Relax in Kitzbühel.

Excellent apartments which are equipped to a high standard. We stayed in the Hahnenkham three bedroomed apartment and it had everything we could have expected and more. There is a good ski room with boot drying facilities  and also a sauna available (at an extra charge). The lady that checked us in spoke excellent English and was very helpful and friendly. Ski buses pick up and drop off almost outside the property. There are good supermarkets near by, but not in walking distance. 

Austria Ski holiday

We had booked the apartment Chicken Cam for the New Year's Eve (2 families with a total of 3 children). In the apartment you will find everything you need for a relaxing family holiday: the kitchen is well equipped, rooms and bathrooms are great and a cozy living room. There were also social games in the apartment, which the little ones were very pleased with! The house itself is very pleasant, you feel comfortable right away when you come in. The new sauna is top! Although the country house is not in the center, you can reach the gondola at the chimney cam very well with the ski bus (directly on the main street). In the nearby (Kirchberg) there are very good shopping opportunities. The house itself is very pleasant, you feel comfortable when you come in. The new sauna is top! The house management is very nice and we can definitely make a few suggestions about this country house.

Top holiday home

Spacy, clean, modeon furnichure, lots of pans, pots, knifes, forks, with an oven and basic tools for back8ng, a nice and quiet dish wacher, fee wifi, except for the speed of the wifi is slow, everything is perfect! They even provide oil and coffee. Having a car is the best, can easily reach the city town, or by taxi, around 8-11 euro.

There were 16 in our group and in total we rented 4 apartments in this house.  Booking was easy and straightforward and all our pedantic queries were well received and answered!  We arrived early on a Saturday and whilst cleaning had commenced there was no issue with us leaving our luggage in the basement (complete with table tennis, football table & boot room) and heading off skiing!  Every apartment was beautiful - great views, fantastic space, modern and interesting decor and fully fitted beyond any experience we have had in self-catering accommodation.  Denise was the agent responsible and she looked after us superbly and could not have been more helpful.   The ski bus into Kitzbuhel is directly across the road, and whilst they were not as frequent as we had hoped, with a car you would be in Kitz in 5 minutes.  There is no doubt that this accommodation can hold it's own against the plush hotels in Kitz for those who want the flexibility of self-catering.
