Excellent stay at Clos St Paul ♥️ We had the little house at the back of the garden with my friends... Breakfast is laid on the nice terrace in the morning, and we could take it at the time that suited us... The pool is lavish and the garden is beautiful... Beatrice takes little care of her guests and very good advice for the beautiful places to visit in the vicinity... I really recommend this little corner of paradise 👌

A little corner of paradise in the shadow of St. Paul of Vence

We enjoyed a relaxing week in the very nice B&B, lovely garden and clear pool.
The service is excellent. 
Breakfast gets severe to the apparent. 
Within 30 minutes you can drive to Nice or Antibes.
In 25 minutes walking distance you reach the small town of Saint Paul de Vence with great restaurants, galleries…
Closer by you find some restaurant in La Colle-sur-Loup.

Great place to stay close to Nice and Antibes

Very nice people and little care, a beautiful place very well placed, very clean, quality report price unbeatable in the sector, a must-see address if you are travelling in the Nice area, looking forward to returning to this hostel.

We spent a wonderful week at Clos St Paul and under the sun from 12 to 18 April 22. We enjoyed all of Beatrice's attentions to make our stay very pleasant; it starts with breakfast where a specific home cake awaits us (it's the excitement of the morning - what cake, almonds, chocolate...), homemade jams and 3 cheeses; ideal to start the day.

Ideal for resting and radiating between coastal and backcountry

Very nice property with a very nice and large swimming pool. The rooms are very well scattered on the property. They are spacious with each their small terrace. The owners are very friendly. Every morning breakfast is offered freely, without any schedule restrictions on the terrace or under a charming gloriette. The situation is perfect, access to restaurants and shops, St. Paul de Vence is 15, 20 minutes walk away! A beautiful address within good distance of Nice, Grasse, etc... again a big thank you for everything. PERFECT! Nadine and Patrice.

It's a very nice place.

A belated thank you to Beatrice for a fabulous stay at Le Clos Saint Paul.  The apartment was charming, clean and comfortable.  We really appreciated the extra touches including the delicious breakfast and restaurant suggestions/ reservations.  Pretty gardens, a  beautiful pool, and a fabulous location within walking distance of La Colle sur Loup and St Paul de Vence.  Beatrice goes above and beyond to be helpful to guests. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this as a great base for exploring this beautiful area.  Thank you Beatrice for the very warm welcome.

A charming destination

We spent the night in this very warm and authentic guest room. Careful decoration, very comfortable rooms and friendly hospitality. Breakfast is excellent: cozy, varied and homemade.

A small haven of peace in the vexin

The house is located at the foot of Saint-Paul-de-Vence, two steps from the Fondation Maeght and 7 kilometres from the beaches of Cagnes-sur-Mer. The house is well situated to navigate the surroundings. On the site, a large park of 3,800 m2, extended by a vegetable garden, provides tranquility. The rooms are between 16 and 26 m2 and have storage facilities that make them convenient to live. All go directly to the lawn, each with its own shaded terrace.

Clean rooms and a beautiful park with swimming pool at the foot of Saint-Paul-de-Vence

First visit to South of France.  Visited in low-season.  Had trouble to find suitable hotels downtown, so decided to stay in the countryside.  (Only 30-45 minutes by car to most attractions).

Hotel has 4 rooms, off-road secure parking, and a large garden and outdoor swimming pool.  Can easily imagine spending a week here during summer relaxing (with or without children).

The room was large and clean with good WiFi and a tasty continental breakfast.

The owners were warm and friendly.  A good balance between being available with information, but not being too intrusive.

A short 15 minute walk to the local village of La Colle-sur-Loup for restaurants.  Many medieval villages nearby for exploration by car (e.g. St Paul de Vence, Gourdon, Tourrettes-sur-Loup, Valbonne, and Grasse).
