We chose this hotel for its location close to the beach for our yoga which we would have loved to do on the beach but this was impossible because there was a lot of algae on the sand with an unbearable smell,
our room was cozy but it was too windy to hang around the pool, price too high for a stay in October, we expected more luxury and hotel services but this was not the case; disappointment

Lovely little hotel with perfect service

What a wonderful, peaceful hideaway Pre' de la Mer is. My wife and I stayed here based on the reviews and we were not disappointed. The food, service and location were all outstanding. The breakfast by the tranquil pool was so incredibly relaxing! All the staff were very friendly and helpful. By the second morning we didn't have to give our specific meal/coffee choices, the lovely young lady remembered what we had on the 1st day and brought it to us without asking...such excellent service. We would definitely recommend Pre' de la Mer. 

A Hidden Gem

TERRIFIC!!! This place is a jewel in St Tropez. The facilities are stunning, the rooms are beautiful, the staff all were wonderful - no detail is missed. 

Breakfast was great, sitting next to the peaceful swimming pool every morning was a delight. We ate a lunch and light dinner on 2 occasions - all absolutely delicious food. Fresh ingredients, and cooked with love by the chef.

Many amenities such as tourist info,  local maps, pool towels, bikes and such are all available and encouraged to be taken advantage of.

The location is really nice, too. It's a away from the hustle and bustle of downtown ST, but still close enough to walk to ride bikes. There are 2 lovely beaches (and tennis courts!) very very close by.

But the BEST part is FLORENCE!! She couldn't have been warmer and kinder and more helpful. Florence gave us terrific recommendations for beaches, dinners etc. The restaurants she chose, and got reservations for us were 5-star!!! She really knows the places that would have suited us (like magic), called and got immediate reservations. Her smiling face and unfailing charm and welcoming presence made Le Pre de La Mer simply the BEST

Amazing! This was our first trip to St Tropez and we had no idea of what to expect from the area or hotels so based on availability and prior reviews we picked Pre de la Mer and couldn't have been more wonderfully surprised. It is an oasis from the hustle and bustle of town with beautiful rooms and common areas and the most amazing hostess and staff. Food was wonderful, we tried all three meals there and it was perfect. The hostess gave fantastic recommendations for meals around town and beach clubs and secured reservations for us. We will be back for sure, what a gem!!

Confidential hotel with exceptional hospitality

We had chosen the Pré de la Mer to enjoy the pool, but after a windy day the pool water didn 't really invite swimming, there were too many leaves, a cloudy water and above all a low water temperature to imagine swimming, yet we liked our room, the beach near the hotel was armoured with seaweed and the city center was too far away to imagine walking there

Very welcoming hotel, very well renovated with plenty of storage. impeccable cleanliness. Large private car park. 5 minutes from the port. Sea view. friendly and professional staff. Cozy Continental lunch.

Sublime address in St Tropez: Director Florence Chauvet and staff are exceptionally kind and available. Very well situated, quiet, restful establishment, away from the hustle and bustle of the city centre while being close by. A range of beautiful light grey bicycles are available to go to the beaches or the village.All the spacious rooms at Rez de rue with private garden and direct access to the pool. Magnificent decoration, super gardens, elegant swimming pool. We greatly appreciated the charming director and her team...discretion and kindness, availability at all times. All parts of this beautiful home decorated by a talented architect couple.

A must-do stop to enjoy the calm and serene tropical landscape.

We had a wonderful time at Le Pre De La Mer. Everyone seamlessly spoke English with us, we’re kind and supportive when we tried to speak French, and a generally friendly and happy staff. We were given helpful advice on what beaches to check out, how to get there, and towels and bike locks for the trip. We walked into town (30 min but on a narrow road) and biked (10 min, not too hilly) for dinners/shopping, but also hung out by the pool and used the fitness room which were pristine. We used the bikes all day for beaches and then going out, it was so great to have them. Our room was spacious and the bathroom felt utterly luxurious. The breakfast pastries were delicious and plenty of food, and the dinner there was and delicious - the chef is clearly excited about his food and passionate about making a wonderful dinner. We love Le Pre De La Mer and hope to be back
