Dealing with clients leaves much to be desired. Borders without a desire to work. Antipathy. A window sill that doesn't work having to sleep with it open with no option to look at it. Bad manners that even good morning don't give you parking questions and tell you to park where you can without giving you an answer.

Malisimo is the name of the game.

To begin with, we called and were told that the price of the room was higher than what Booking.com offered, which is almost always the other way around. Still, we decided to book there and no one came and greeted us.

I don't understand people, for what price do they want a hotel with a spa? you know what comes to you. the shower was small, the furniture was old and you have to leave the key at the reception. apart from that, in my opinion, the reception treatment is correct, the bathrooms and the room were clean and every day you were found with the bed made. we were there for 5 days and I have not been disgusted by any day.

We took this hostel because we arrived in Santander and it was so close that it was free. The rooms seem to have the furniture taken from the trash although the sheets were clean and the bathroom as well. As for the receptionists, it seems to bother you being in the hostel, the most unpleasant thing I have ever seen. Besides that they force you to leave the key in the reception where everyone can pick it up. The walls are of paper and when you are in a first you also hear everything from the street.

Very cutting.

I was here for 4 nights. In the lobby I was greeted by the maid on the floor, nice and sunny. The room was made up of two single beds, TV, closet, small desk, a bathroom with sink, sink, and cup. Breakfast included in the price, a plate with croissant, cookies, sobao etc. All packed.

Economy two steps from the centre

Hostel that needs a renovation. The mattresses are very soft. There is a lot of noise from the other rooms, corridor... The reception staff is quite dry, not very close. The positive location, close to the center and for a weekend, is affordable for the price it has.

Good location, just for a short walk.

If this hostel was free I would not stay here. We booked two nights but had to leave after one. It was just too bad.

Very noicy rooms. Sounds from the steet and the hostel was very loud. If I spoke at a normal volume in my room my collegue could answer from his room.

Very very bad

The silence shines through its absence, if you hear any door open in the plant, it has no intimacy at all. In addition, the bathrooms are very small. I wouldn't go back even if I was given it, I feel so harsh.

A little bit of caution.

It is very conveniently located as you can access the center and anywhere else. It is correct and good value for money considering that it is a hostel. We ordered a family room for all four and it turned out to be very spacious, with plenty of room to sit quietly, with bathroom in the room, also spacious. Clean and pleasant. The reception smells a lot like tobacco but once you enter the hallways or the room itself, the smell disappears.
