Still positive reviews, but it's impossible to get positive reviews for this hotel. Plus you quickly drop off Wonderbox and booking centers so you don 't take your service or say right. Stop paying a power station to get positive reviews.

Running away again

When we booked we could only see a part of the hotel in the photos. When we arrived on the spot it was disappointing, we were on the waterfront but the building looks more like a rehabilitation centre (the bathrooms are the same as those I had during my rehabilitation stay) The room we had booked was with sea view - thankfully - spacious, medical beds The warm welcome - proper barrier gestures - Good breakfast - cozy reception The restaurant was closed during our stay.

From the point of view

Hotel discovered by chance during a lunch at the restaurant where we enjoyed ourselves - refined cuisine and fresh products. We spent 3 nights there. The premises are a little old but clean. Very nice and very good lunches. Very neat decoration. And most importantly, remarkable site! Guaranteed rest and nice walks to your appointment. Only regret, the restaurant is closed on Monday and Tuesday! Super quality/price ratio. We will definitely be back!

Fake advertising.... Doing 500 km for a 3 star beachfront and getting into an unused building then sleeping in a dirty handicapped room (see photos) with a most unpleasant tailor on top with his clientele No thanks to you

No One to Avoid

We just got there: a beautiful natural place... but we've never had such a disgusting reception: the Director himself gives us the key to our room that didn't match what we had booked at all. When we tell him that booking puts anything on his site to sell and we should have gone directly through him. When we insist he says: bye... you have to know that the room is paid for 4 nights.... you also have to know that the establishment looks like a disused building.... What a disappointment!!!!! to run away....

What a disappointment!

We chose this hotel for its location and were not disappointed in this point. Set in a former functional rehabilitation centre, the distribution and layout of the rooms are confusing. Nothing to say about the background, except that the window overlooking the sea is really small.

Well situated but puzzling

Shameful! very nice pictures on booking.com which unfortunately led us astray. We had booked for 3 nights (€120 per night for 1 double room) and as soon as we arrived we realized that we had been duped. At no time was it specified on the site that this hotel is a re-education center for severely disabled people.

A rehabilitation centre for the disabled disguised as a hotel

Hotel in a quiet and restful place, very large beach of fine sand, a room with sea view, large bed, only a small bemool a bathroom with Italian shower but without protection or curtain that would avoid spraying the entire bathroom, a very welcoming and supportive staff despite this period of covid, possible rental of bicycles from the hotel without difficulty, quality restaurant, damage that we could enjoy only in the morning and one evening (due to covid restrictions) not mentioned on the website.

What a beautiful place, quiet and restful

Use to this destination, I love to go to la Turballe. I always wanted to go to this hotel because it actually look really nice on the outside and the localisation is wonderful. But when we got our keys and it inside the rooms, we were extremely disappointed, compared to the pictures we saw on the website, it wasn’t what we were supposed to have. The view on the beautiful is actually a view on the parking lot of the hotel and when we asked about the view, the guy at the front desk was not very nice and was saying over and over that this was the view called BEAUTIFUL GARDEN. Then the room was not like the pictures we saw, it was poorly decorated and old, it was smelling weird. It was dirty, and there were hair in the shower and the mirror was not clean. And foremost,  the WiFi wasn’t even working in the entire hotel. 
After seeing how was the rooms, we can what was possible for the hotel to do for us because we were extremely disappointed about what they sold us and what we got. Then same guy at the front desk said “That’s not my fault, it’s you that are disappointed, not me.” 

So we left the hotel and ask to talk to a manager so you don’t have to pay, knowing that we only stayed 20 minutes in the rooms. 

For me, one the most horrible and short experience in a hotel. 

So disappointed in Pen Bron Hotel at La Turballe. 

The worst hotel I have ever seen in my life 

The rooms are very nice, it's even better when the view of the room is on the sea or the pine tree.
