The Little Paradise

We stayed two nights with family The rooms are very clean The decor is simple but sought after The rooms are bright and spacious I can go there with my eyes closed On our next stay in Nice we will return with pleasure

It's a great stay.

We had a very pleasant stay in this charming little hotel. A very welcoming and caring couple, listening to our expectations and good advice. A nice room with very good bedding on the first floor overlooking a huge terrace, floor covers, new shower room and everything very clean. Very good and cozy breakfast. Thank you.

Charming little hotel with excellent reception!

When we explain by phone that due to u Error, when booking, we can't be on site we find that it immediately charges the total amount of the stay!!(the booking was made the day before for the day after) by giving an apology that he would have rented the room in question, even in less than 24 hours!! Actions of this level can be classified as theft!!!I wish you to spend my money behaving towards the client!! Remember that thanks to the client you are working no with your know-how!!!

Knowing how to make and trade less than zero

Good reception, average comfort, poor business sense, bathroom door and Sani crusher very noisy, TV impossible to follow a show all the channels are like encrypted, proper lunch but served in a gloomy room without decoration, parking accessible except during rush hour, we won't have the opportunity to go back.

first and last visit

We had a nice stay at hotel Lou Paradou. Rooms were recently upgraded and better than the pictures we had seen. Service from the staff was excellent. And it was a short walk into center with lots of restaurants. 

Nice hotel with good service 

I would like to express my opinion first in French and then in Russian. I would like to express the particular recognition of the owners of our hotel and of your hotel itself in the solution of all the problems. I would like to describe it as a cheap little hotel that is convenient for those who travel on the same road. I would like to say that we can always have a consultation and very good suggestions where all the things we see and visit, where we can always pass the loisir and the interesting activities in the nearby area.

latmosphère conviviale/as in guests at acquaintances

Small but clean double room, comfortable mattress and new bathroom. Large common terrace between the various rooms with couches and tables. Honest price (65€ the double with 7.5€ per breakfast, otherwise plentiful). Very nice owner.

Great accommodation just a few minutes from St. Paul-de-Vence!

We arrived at 10.30 pm. I had emailed and they said there would be a bedroom open for us. We arrived and the place was pitch dark. A couple of cars in the car park ( which was good ) we entered the hotel up what felt like back stairs. Silence. All the shutters closed and not a sound. Our room was lovely and clean and cool and the bed excellent. There was no where to eat other than a drive thorough mac Donald's which was a drive away. We never go to mac Donald's even in England. We bought some ice creams and sat on the pitch black but lovely veranda. 
A good nights sleep and it was like the place had been transformed. A lovely bar tabac with fresh croissant and coffee and a pastis. Loads of workman all saying hello and lovely owners. All chatting and friendly. 
I am fairly fearless but if I had been on my own the night before I would have been extremely scared. 
I understand that they can't be open at all hours or that there should be a man on reception but it was so creepy and then so lovely the next day. 

A lovely place but a bit odd 

Apart from the kindness of the two owners the rest is completely to be reviewed. The parking until 20 hours is not usable as below the hotel there is a tobacco bar that attracts customers of all types who occupy the parking lots indiscriminately. Basic breakfast (coffee and empty cornetto) but the price is right, single peck served at a table at the bottom of the bar without the slightest attention and under the indiscrete gaze of the customers. To access the rooms one has to climb one with non-aligned and very dangerous stairs.
