A very nice, but somewhat old-fashioned hotel, very centrally located, friendly and helpful staff, good regional and affordable cuisine, enough parking and quiet rooms, small, old elevator.

Nice hotel good food

For two nights we were in the bathroom in Wörishofen. We were disappointed in the room. Everything was a little settled and came into the years. For 96 euros something else was expected. The bathroom was old-fashioned and calcified. The dinner was okay, but nothing special. The meat sauce tasted like it wasn't homemade.

Short vacation

The guest room is traditional, rustic, everything is easily worn - but clean. Beer is delicious, food is very good and local. In front of the building is a beautiful beer garden. Breakfast buffet is quite simple, but plentiful and even late breakfast get eggs cooked. The reception is behind the counter - this is not so ideal. Free parking on the brewery property right next to the guesthouse / hotel. Staff is friendly. The rooms reflect the charm of the seventies again, sometimes even quite worn - but also very clean. The middle rooms are very, very small.

Household food

For one night in Bad Wörishofen, I stayed in a hotel restaurant and was well fed. In the room, I felt like I was transported back to the seventies. Orange-colored tiles, mini-toilets and a shower with a funny wooden sliding door. However, very good Wi-Fi reception in the room. For one night, it was OK. The restaurant offers a wide selection of different dishes. Everything served that I also saw to other guests looked delicious.

Cheap overnight good food, delicious beer

Today I was once at the Lion Brew Bad Wörishofen and I can only draw an extremely positive summary: the staff were very friendly (for example, I was addressed by my name, although this was my first visit), the food (Swaben potatoes) tasted great, as well as the leusator double bock and the original drink.

Good and kind

I stayed at this hotel from 13 to 17 October. We were a group of 8 people and booked 3 double and 2 single rooms. The rooms would be refurbished: removable carpets, 1970s furniture, slightly ruined bathrooms and lack of facilities (some of us have found phon not working - and then when they will adapt in northern Europe to the bidet installation?). If the aesthetic/practical side has been slightly weakened by hygiene, nothing to be excluded.

Great dining - Hotel a little renovated

We stayed one night. The hotel is in a nice location, easily accessible. The room where we were was a bit dated. But despite this there was nothing missing. The breakfast was definitely good and varied. Very kind staff, they offered us to park the bikes in a warehouse... We obviously had dinner at the Löwenbrau restaurant and everything was very, very good.

My wife, teenager-turned son and myself took a weekend break to the wonderful Spa/Resort town of Bad Wörishofen, an hour's drive from Munich. As usual, we stayed at the same hotel. We have actually been here many times over the years, spending Saturday in huge and fantastic Therme Bad Wörishofen, then Sunday at the Skyline Park for fun and rides.  The family room we know very well with a big queenside bed, a small bed, then another bed in a separate room where the Toilet/Bath is. Its quite roomy and always suited the 3-4 of us. The traditional Bavarian restaurant (which also has 2 other rooms and the dining area in the terrace) is very popular for the locals and visitors, as the hotel is centrally located besides the plaza and its shops. It has also a bar/dancing area frequented by seniors during weekends and special events. And the hotel has a full-sized brewery, producing Löwenbrau beer and beer liquors. Dinner is always an experience, the setting is classic, homely and comfortable, the food is wonderful and can be matched with the type of beer. Even the super-friendly waitress already knows my beer, soup, and dish. 

Classic beer- hotel in the heart of Resort-town

Checked out of hotel this morning after 2 delightful nights of friendly service, great food and beer, sound sleep.  Easy to drive to and free parking in decent size lot.  Seemed to be enough parking spaces.  Arrived way early, before 11:00 on the first day and the room was ready for us.  Large corner room (223) with nice size balcony, desk, 2 small couches and comfortable bed.  We were concerned if noise would be a factor since beer garden was underneath our window and we faced 2 streets.  Not a problem - double paned windows  shut out all noise. Fortunately, it was cool enough outside that we could keep windows closed  - no A/C as is typical of the smaller hotels.  Bathroom was large, a little dated but very clean.  Traditional chestnut trees shaded the large beer garden and we enjoyed a lunch and 2  dinners there.   Free WIFI, good connection in room but unfortunately WIFI didn't reach the beer garden.  Both the hotel and brewery  are family owned and operated.  Beer is some of the best we have had in Germany, and that is a lot of beer!  Food is traditional and well flavored and properly prepared.
Staff was very friendly.  I don't think they are used to many Americans staying at the hotel, still did their best to understand our poor German and made us feel at home.  Nice breakfast - cheeses were very fresh and delicious, variety of meats, muesli, yogurt, breads, soft boiled eggs, juices. 
Bad Wörishofen is a cute town, lots of restaurants and shops, known for its natural medicines and spas.  The Therme on the outskirts of town, and a pleasant 20 minute walk from hotel, is amazing.  Must be experienced to be believed, much better than Caracella in Baden Baden.  Can buy passes at Hotel.
Lowenbrau is on our list of places we plan to return to.

Fantastic food and beer, family run braugasthof

We arrived in Bad Wörishofen late in the evening after a long drive from France through Italy, Switzerland and Austria. As our GPS showed the abundance of hotels in this town, we decided to stay there overnight. After knocking on the doors of a dozen health spas (of which some were closed for the night and the other were full) we became desperate. Fortunately we were directed to Löwen Brauerei Inn.
They had a room for us and we were also offered a late dinner downstairs where was a really cool old-school bierstube filled with older people playing cards and having strong beers. The food was great by the way.
The rooms were quite worn but clean. They probably haven't had a renovation for 2 or 3 decades. Considering the party downstairs, it was surprisingly quiet.
So in conclusion if you are looking for a bed in Bad Wörishofen for a reasonable price, Löwenbräu is an excellent choice. If ever in Bad Wörishofen, I definitely would stay there again.
