We hadn't been to Lourdes in many years, so we found our hotel again, and if the staff changed, the reception was still as pleasant, and the really dedicated staff, a little plus for the chef, it was really very good and varied.

It's a good hotel.

It's a great, well-run hotel in a superb spot, overlooking the river, and a short walk from the town centre. Staff are all really lovely - pleasant and very helpful.   I'd definitely stay there again.

Excellent staff, lovely spot 

The hotel has one of the best locations in Lourdes. Just a few minutes for the Religious centre and the village centre by walk. Has stunning Pau river views (if given a front room. Side rooms have a side view). Reception area is recently redone and is clean and welcoming. However when lead into into the rooms, they are old and have their use by date well expired. Furniture is old, carpets all stained and toilet fitting show the below brass as the chromium is worn off with use.  The rooms  call for an urgent refurb. Pity that the pandemic time for this was lost. Room cleaning also leaves a lot to be desired, Dead flies were noted in the balcony sliding door. 

Food. It all started well by deterioration took place and we preferred to go eat external of the hotel, although it was already fully paid as part of the booking. There are 100s of good places to eat at. Also cheap and eating outside may save you money together with much better selection and quality. 

Staff very helpful and try to do all to help the visitors. If it was not for the staff, we would have requested another hotel during our stay. But the staff cannot do more if the food menu or refurb is not upgraded by the owners. 

I gave an average rating thanks to the staff and the hotel location.  Otherwise it would verge into a poor rating, if not less. 

Well situated, but views are not all

I was in this establishment as part of a pilgrimage. I thank Laetitia and her entire team for their hospitality, kindness, availability. The quality of the meals was never left hungry and it was good. And the clean rooms well maintained.

3* nice and family friendly

Every year I go to this hotel for pilgrimage to Lourdes. Nice staff but the waiters don't understand half a word in Italian. The food is terrible!! And they don't understand what gluten-free is.

Pilgrimage

I visited this hotel with a group. The foyer and reception are plain but welcoming. However the rooms were something else. 

Stained carpets, very old bedspreads, awfully coloured walls. The toilet was separate from the bathroom and the shower drain very slow i.e. it floods very easily. 

The staff were quite cordial but food was poor and presentation was awful. I noticed chipped plates and sometimes were not even washed well. Cutlery was stained indicating it is very old and used and abused.

The only good thing for me was the location, otherwise I am not impressed and I do not intend to return.

Excellent location but is in dire need of refurbishment

My husband and I went on a group tour and stayed in this hotel. I only gave it 4 stars because the wc is too small for big people and there was only one electrical socket😁 otherwise everything was perfect specially our room view!!!

Nice view from the balcony 

Excellent location - just 10 min to the Grotto.  Excellent food - abundant and ‘homemade’.  Clean linen and bathrooms.  Friendly staff.  Horribly small rooms - hardly space to put luggage - needs refurbishment.  No AC but fans on demand.  Very noisy street - windows need to be sound proof.

We stayed at this hotel for a pilgrimage and we slept very well we were next to the perfect sanctuary I recommend it only disadvantage there was no wifi very problematic because its does not catch heavy

A good hotel.

Not worth the money we paid! The room was so small that we barely found space to put our luggages. The food was not good and cheap. They hardly put any preparation into it. However,the staff were very helpful. I wouldn't recommend staying in it.
