Additional information
Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. The apartment has an independent contactless check-in according to the instructions. Guests must first contact the representative of the apartment at the phone number indicated in the booking confirmation via WhatsApp or Telegram messengers, by message from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM (Moscow time), calls are not accepted.
The apartments will be prepared for the number of guests specified at the time of booking. If the child needs a separate bed, bed linen, towels, the child is indicated as a separate guest.
The deposit is paid to the bank card within 30 minutes after arrival. It is also returned to the bank card in full on the day of departure after the end of cleaning under the following conditions: compliance with the rules of accommodation, complete safety of property, no compensatory cases, no need to dry-clean furniture, remove odors and replace textiles.
Withheld from the deposit: the cost of bed linen and towels with non-removable stains; the cost of dry cleaning, eliminating odors, carrying out any repairs due to the fault of the guest; RUB 500.00 for dirty dishes, food, food left; RUB 500.00 for a dirty oven; RUB 300.00 for garbage left; RUB 1000.00 for a 15-30 minute delay in cleaning. The refund of the deposit and / or its balances is carried out after the specified work has been carried out and the final determination of the amount of damage to be compensated.
For any violation of the rules of accommodation specified in the description, including smoking, uncoordinated late check-out, accommodation of more guests than stated, accommodation with animals, delay in cleaning for more than half an hour, a fine in the amount of a deposit is withheld. |
