Small rooms, shared bathroom, no AC, small window, nothing in the room except a bed and a bar with hangers. Pretty clean.
Very strict rules in the rooms and large fines if anything happens.
Rooms are on 3rd floor so hard to carry alot of luggage. (No luggage storage)
Staff and owner were very rude, I mean I have never experience such rude communication by a service like this. Its called a B&B not a Hotel and owner uses that as an excuse for anything that goes wrong or is dodgy about this business. AND there is NO breakfast. How can a b&b have no breakfast?
We were to arrive at 21:00 but they close checkin at 18:00. We had requested later checkin when we booked, got no replies and then they informed us that they would not be available after 18:00, just a week before our arrival. Could not do anything to meet our needs and were rude. We had to book another hotel for 1 night. For the price you are not getting anything you would expect, not even what you would expect from a b&b. Do not book there!

Ripoff

Louis is very hospitable and explains everything to you correctly. Everything goes wrong when I get to the night room, tiny. It's warm, no air conditioning, and we're under the roof. I find a ventilation window and let in a little air, but damage, there's all the small conduits and engines that leave me at my bedside.

It's a bed without breakfast.

Excellent location, cozy staff, typical building, nice and clean room. Excellent quality price ratio! Even the bathroom is very clean and equipped with everything necessary. The room with a view of the canal is then the top!

Not too bad!

Location was excellent.  Right in the middle of all the action.  Very clean and friendly host.  However, breakfast was fruit and coffee.  3 flights of poorly lit, steep, narrow stairs to the room which was quite small with a shared bathroom.  

This B&B is in the centre of the red light district and surrounded by Hash Houses/Cafes.  If you are not open minded, this is not the location for you.

This premises is not a hotel.  It is a B&B with none of the facilities you would expect in a hotel.

Bring insect repellent as there are mosquitos in the city which we were not expecting.

Not for the Faint Hearted

I have just had a nasty experience with these people. At the time of booking, I informed them - in writing - that we would arrive between 22:00 and 23:00. It's true that their booking conditions state that check-in is between 14:00 and 18:00, hence I had made this special request. Instead of alerting me that it could not be fulfilled, they took full payment and then contacted me just prior to travel to remind me that check-in closes at 18:00. That's fair enough, but they have refused to make even a partial refund, sending me stoney-faced emails citing booking conditions and ignoring the fact that I clearly stated our arrival time when booking. I expected to be treated in a more human way.

Took money and weren't open

I booked a hotel from 2 to 3 May, the free cancellation of the booking was until about April 23, and the money was withdrawn right away. But I think it's okay not to cancel anyway. When I booked from the booking app there was no information about no reception and that the settlement was from 12 to 6 p.m.

They took the hotel fee, didn't pick up the phone on arrival.

First the good. Very clean quiet spot right downtown, but, it mentions bed and breakfast a lot. No breakfast. Saw the host once offered to recommend local sources. You can change your policy but you have to change the advertising. The stairs to the 3rd floor are steep and for the first part poorly lit. Amsterdam is an expensive city so the price is good but the bedroom small and the bath shared. Loose a key and the charge is 70 Euros. Didn’t do it but seems excessive so makes me cautious. 

Great location

My boyfriend and I stayed in this property on the weekend from 2/2 to 4/2 and we were really good!The Italian owner is very nice and available.The property has only two rooms, but it is very clean and nice.

Great location, very central.

We're starting from the assumption that this structure has a style, which I think is horrible, small rooms with tiny windows. I was there on Sunday and I and a dear lover of mine had booked at this facility, the next day we were evicted, or alternatively, we had to pay a fine of 200 euros, for having, you say, smoked in the room, when in fact we only left some tobacco residue near the window, since both I and my friend smoke cigarettes cut off.

Hunted and forced to sleep at the station.

Two bedroom B and B located in the red area, not too exposed to the noise of the crowd. Super welcome. Note the cleanliness of the place!! Bathroom and toilet to share but not a problem because very clean Recommend
