The rooms are clean, comfortable. The house itself is also very cozy, there is a large porch overlooking the stunning gardens, the Sighnagas and the mountains! All the attractions are hand-delivered, the wall is right at the entrance, next to the cafes, shops and so on.

Absolutely relaxed in this lovely guesthouse, skillfully maintained by the hostess, Manama, an exceptional cook. Surrounded by a luxurious garden, you can enjoy the fine dishes of Georgian cuisine that you will hardly find in restaurants, prepared with very fresh products that she herself makes sure to buy at the market. The rooms are quite comfortable, which in my opinion would need a refreshment.

Relax and good food

In April 2019, I had the good fortune to visit this place with our guide Gigi. I will not repeat and I will agree with the positive feedback given above. Aunt Manan and Uncle Timo are very friendly people! Reception, accommodation, hospitality without any praise! The meal experience ended with a sleep without hind legs! Thank you very much! When we return to Georgia we will definitely come to this hospitality house!

Great hosts, this is a great place.

We stayed there for one night in travel to Kachetia.The hostess was very hospitable. The homemade wine and chacha are served from morning. Very conveniently located terrace with dining area surrounded by a very well-kept garden full of flowers. The furniture is quite old, in the style of the second half of the 20th century, but everything is clean and tidy.

A nice place a little "old fashioned"!

Every evening all the guests gather on a beautiful terrace and have a general conversation. She is a wonderful person, hospitable person. She is the center of all conversations. Every guest is her personal guest, whom she is happy with. She has a great kitchen, excellent breakfast. Dinner at her son, Ilya. It's in 2 steps.

A trip through Georgia

Everything that is done in this house is done by the hands and efforts of his hostess. According to Georgian standards, it's a beautiful place. We came to the 8th and occupied the whole house. According to local standards, the rooms are very cozy, heating and cooling at the expense of air conditioning, virtually every room has its own toilet. In the guesthouse is an amazing place for breakfast, by the way for a small amount of money, hostess Manana can cover you for lunch and dinner as well.

Georgian home

It's a small private hotel where a friendly hostess welcomes guests as if they were long-time acquaintances. We had a cozy room with two windows. The inner courtyard, drowning in greenery and fragrant roses, is a great place to relax. From there you get beautiful views of the slopes where you can see the fortress walls. And if you order breakfast, lunch or dinner, it will be so abundant that it's just impossible to eat everything.

Home is where I am.

We stayed in this beautiful place for one night. We were met as the most awaited and dearest guests. Manana and Temo, the hosts of the house, are wonderful people. Thanks to our guide for introducing us. We had dinner in the fireplace, the hall itself deserves a separate review. It was here that we ate the most delicious sausage in all of Georgia, which Temo prepared for us. The dinner was full of flavor, the wine was filled with the river. Georgian dances were danced. To get to the delicious breakfast, the chacha is prepared by the host and the master class from Manana, how to drink it in a bow. I won't reveal all the details, I'm going to ask her parents to teach it. We stayed for one night only. I would like to say about an amazing dinner with drinks and entertainment for 15 gel per person only. Good is unbelievably tasty and variety is too much!The owners are super welcoming people. Band is very nice and singing from their heart! From the huge terrace you can see an amazing garden! Mañana - the main lady in the house is fantastic and nothing is too much trouble for her! The place to sleep is fine,bathroom is outside, which is fine, just opposite. It was very hot, no ac. It is a guest house and if you choose it you should be ready for that kind of staff.breakfast is on the terrace and again tasty and nice!  the most important thing is the hospitality in this house which is beyond expectations!  Very very nice people! Thanks a lot ! 


Amazing hospitality from the owners 

we booked this hotel because of the good review in booking.com. However we were so disappointed. It is not in the center at all. There is no view, neither mountain nor garden. The rooms are very dark, 2 of 3 lamps are broken. The shower and toilette is out side of the room and There is no heating, no towel, nothing except hot water which you need to let water keep running for about 1 minute. The restaurant doesn't work because of low season. Then we were "sold" to another restaurant, which was also a hotel called "old signagi". The food were terrible! Meet are very dry, the lamb with more bones than meet, the pork with too much fat.... And in the end, we were charged 12 lari more than the total price without any indication! The only thing I can recommend is the owner's hospitality. But still, with the same price (50 gel/night), you can find much better hotel in the town.
