I spend few days in this place in August 2017. First this is not an hotel(or small hotel) but an apartment with some rooms for customers and a kitchen and 2 bathroom.
The wi fi works good.
The room is quiet big but with bad soundproofing so you in the morning maybe can wake up for the voices of others customers in the common area.
The building of the apartment is very bad,I mean:usually not light in the chairs, not clean inside with some 'dark' atmosphere. I travel a lot and I don't like it.
The staff at the desk change during the week: someone don't speak English(but maybe is kind), others speak a little English(but maybe bad attitude). The owner when I was been is outside you can talk with her by phone(she speak English).
To find it is not really easy, maybe better to call (also you can't find any information on the road).
Next door you have the traveler's coffe, nice place to spend time and to surf in the web

Nice room, but bad building and not to easy to find it

1. The hostel is located in the center of the city, close to the main attractions (in particular, 130 neighborhoods). 2. The girl at the reception is friendly and friendly. 3. The two-seater room is quite clean and comfortable, it was a little showery (there is no air conditioner), but at night it became cooler. The room has a double bed, a tub and an old closet, in general, is suitable for short stays. 4. The hostel has two bathrooms, which is very convenient with a large number of guests. The kitchen was not particularly used: only tea was served with breakfast, but everything looks decent. 5. The hostel prices were nice.

Detailed review of 3 days in the hostel before departure.

We stayed in this hostel for three nights during our trip to Irkutsk and Baikal. The hostel is well located-just few streets from center and from most of historical monuments and museum so we didn't need to take bus or tram to get everywhere we needed to. What I appreciate on this hostel is that is really clean and cosy-you really feel like you're at home!

Lovely weekend in Irkutsk

If you book a room for 3 people, be prepared for two old sofas, one of the fans, and there's almost no mattress, plus it's terribly screwy. In your own room, you can't have food - it just killed the pool. Also, you can't have alcohol on the territory. That is, when you walk around Irkutsk and come to your own room, you don't have the right to rest and drink a hundred cold drinks.

I wouldn't recommend stopping here, because the rules are like a general rule colony.

The hotel is very friendly and responsive, and the administrators are always very friendly and willing to answer all the questions and requests to explain how to get to the right place and what to visit in the city.

It's comfortable, accessible, in the city center.

I can recommend the city to tourists and guests. It stopped many times in winter and spring of 2016. Philharmonic, theaters. Central market - five minutes on foot. The windows come out into the palace, always quiet, calm. Welcoming and responsive staff. Practically perfect cleanliness all the time. wifi stable and fast. Comfortable kitchen, equipped with everything necessary.
