DO NOT STAY HERE!! - We booked for 1 night with 2 children - reached the apartment at 8pm after a full day in London - called the guy for the code for the key safe - low and behold it didn't work!! - Called him to say we couldn't get in and he said for us to leave it with him and he would sort - He DID NOT get back to us and we couldn't contact him - completely ignored us!! Leaving us stranded in London with nowhere to stay and 2 children under 10!!! We ended up having to pay £1200 for a 1 nights stay thanks to this apartment letting us down massively!! DISGUSTING!!

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED!!! WOULD'T RATE!!

Pictures show a clean bright pleasent apartment with balcony looking over a lovely road. Reality is a lower ground apartment, keys thrown at you, not even a hello. Dirty unsafe and nothing as described. It is also known as Kensington Comfort on booking. Com. Please avoid. We have to leave as we the front door was not even secure. No apologies, no refund.

Awful place

We as a family of 5 with two small children had the opportunity to stay at My Apartment in Kensington high street. It was clean and all amenities are present. Sheets were clean too and the sofa bed was big. They even have an iron inside the cupboard. Very handy for your crumpled clothes when traveling. Very near High Street Kensington with all the lovely shops and groceries to buy food and very near the tube station too also just in front is the Kensington palace and gardens and not too far is Hyde Park. A very nice place to stay accessible to transport so you can go to the lovely tourist spots in London.

Lovely night stay

Location is good and price is reasonable. But the owner asked for a deposit and It's been almost a month now and 3 follow ups were made and the deposit we made is still not yet refunded and they have not responded to my 3 emails so far.

It's hard to chase for the refund of our deposit

So we stayed for 5 nights there . I received an email after I made the booking and it was saying that the late chack out is extra charge. I was curious. Because our flight arrives at 11.30 p.m. so we arrived at the apartment around 1.30 a.m. . I payed extra 60 pounds for nothing. These things should be written somewhere before you finish the booking. Anyway. We stayed at the 4th floor . No elevator and no escalator. And my mother has a thing with her leg and It was extra hard for her. The apartment was fine. Well equiped but nobody come during our stay to change the towels. They only picked up the trash and leaving more toilet paper. You also have to give them money for deposit in case you break something. And It was quite expensive I can say. I also asked for luggage storage and they said I think 25 pounds per hour. Never again with these extra cost!

Good apartments but everything is extra!!!

The dirtiest place I’ve ever been in London,it looked like it hasn’t been cleaned in ages,dust,blood stains in the sheets,hair balls all over the carpets,dusty fans,dodgy toilette,creepy curtains and the worst paint job I’ve witnessed in my whole life.
The apartment was number 9 and the security system (door lock) it’s a joke,a bad one tbh.
I won’t ever go back there, especially cause of the workers attitude and behavior in customer service.
Electricity went down the first night and after calling the management I’ve been told to wait until next morning for the guy to come to fix it and in the end I had to search all over the building for the fuse box and fix it myself.
Check the pictures I’ve taken on my arrival for more details,like they say “a picture worths thousand words”.


Not the best option around...

We are simply not satisfied by the service received and, frankly, feel a bit cheated. The website advertised large and luminous rooms with big windows and a great view, and for sure some of them are as beautiful as the pictures. Unfortunately, our room (number 3) wasn't among them. First of all it was in the basement, with all the problems related to it: walls stained by the humidity, a general unpleasant smell and no natural light. Furthermore, the bathroom stank of sewers and the sanitaryware was very tiny. 
Definitely doesn't deserve its 4 stars

Doesn't deserve it's four star rating

The bathroom was full of damp and decaying paintwork. The sink did not drain properly and it smelled awful. The basement flat had a blocked fire escape and the bed was extremely uncomfortable. Holes in wall. Decking dangerous to get to fire ladder which was blocked by pigeon mesh!!

Should be condemned

The location was brilliant for visiting the Royal Albert Hall . The apartment was perfectly adequate for one night , it was a little tired , but was great value for money . Someone met use on arrival and was very helpful . All in all a great little apartment .

A short break

Excellent facilities and amenities definitely use again .
Close to tube and bus routes.
Very clean friendly staff .
Separate kitchen and living room 
Tv , fridge , microwave , cooker , etc 
5 minutes to high street Kensington tube station.
