The hostess is nice and we were happy to stay here. lots of small restaurants in the neighborhood... it's in a typical city alley, in the routard neighborhood.

Very well positioned

We stayed here for 3 nights. The hostess was really friendly and accomadzting. All sorts of information is available here about buses and tours and you van also book them. We booked a day trio to the mekong delta here and were really satisfied with it! I told the hostess I was vegetarian and in the morning she had made a special vegetarian breakfast for me. The location was also perfect: right in the centre but not too noisy. The rooms were clean with perfect airconditioning. I would recommend anyone to stay here!

Great place to stay in HCMC!

Great location, no noise from the surrounding area and yet right in the middle of everything. The lady who runs it doesn't speak much English, but we didn't have any problems communicating. The room was basic, but comfortable with good air conditioner and great wifi. Shower pressure was great and unlike many of the places I've stayed in Vietnam. The laundry service costs 15,000 Dong per kilogram (she weighed it in front of me) and the express laundry costs double. I got the regular service, dropped it off first thing in the morning but was surprised that it wasn't ready until the next morning, as most places I've stayed have returned it the same evening. It's not a negative, just something to keep in mind.

Great, quiet location

We stayed here last year and it was so nice it was the obvious choice again. This family is so lovely and kind. Very welcoming and good hosts. They are helpful with directions, answers to questions and where to get certain things.The rooms are comfortable with very effective A/C and very clead and tidy. Myhome is more than just a name. It is also a ceeling you get staying in this place. I recommend it fully.

Hey it's good to be back home again.

I only had a night in Saigon before flying out the next morning.  I didn't need anything lavish and I had to meet some friends in Bui Vien.
My Home was suggested on Booking.com, so, I reserved a room.
This is a homestay, not a hotel or hostel.  The location can be a little tricky to find, but, you will have an adventure getting here.  It is between two of the busy streets, and if you check out the map, you will have no problem finding it.
There was no noise from the surrounding nightlife, so, it was like an oasis in the heart of the city.
The host family was pleasant and helped with my cab very early the next morning.
I would enjoy staying here again as it was a good price for a short stay.

Clean, comfortable, and a great location

Great guesthouse run by a nice family, sweet ambience, nice rooms, quiet, in the heart of funky-alley-way-convenient-backpackerville just off Pham Ngu Lau. Made my Ho Chi Minh experience perfect. Owner is very helpful. Warm, positive energy.

Wonderful home away from home.

Me and my boyfriend stayed here during our stay in Ho Chi Minh and had a really enjoyable stay. The guesthouse is situated down a alley way right in the heart of the city which was perfect as it was nice and peaceful however we were still amongst everything. Plenty of restaurants and bars near. The room was clean and spacious, only negative was the cushions were a little to thick which hurt our necks. The family who run this place are so sweet and helpful they booked our trip for the cu Chi tunnels. She also washed our trainers for us and did a really good job as they were rather dirty we were impressed!! Would defiantly recommend staying here location is perfect!! Thankyou my home for a great stay. 

Lovely guesthouse 

I stayed here on two occasions on my most recent trip to Vietnam,  for two days at the beginning and two days at the end. The owner is a lovely, kind person. She was helpful with a pair of trousers that got a button pulled off-I asked her where the nearest tailor was and she said don't bother; I'll fix it.The room was very clean,with a/c and tv.The bathroom  was good, with plenty of hot water. Located in an alley close to restaurants,street food and a couple of pubs, this guesthouse was nonetheless very quiet.I can recommended this guesthouse,especially with reasonable rates.

A quiet, well run guesthouse.

Relaxed and comfortable feel as soon as you walk in, and the rooms matched. Although in the busy alleyway leading to the walking street, there was no noise from the loud music there; added bonus of brilliant WiFi and air conditioning which of course isn’t guaranteed. 

In our 2 night stay we didn’t get one taxi except to the airport, so a perfect location. The owner (sorry and ashamed for not asking for her name!) arranged the taxi for a cheaper rate than it would of been on the meter and whilst waiting gave us a free pot of her delicious homemade vanilla yogurt.

Fantastic!

We had booked the last room, according to booking. When we arrived, we were told that the guesthouse was full and she would stay only 100 meters away from her sister. We had already read about this very case several times. When I had to call her daughter because she spoke better English, she blamed booking and said that she didn't want to cancel our booking? I asked her if she had had had this kind of problem before, why didn't she do anything about it and why the hell didn't she tell us because she had an email, phone number, etc. Then she was quiet and said no problem. I'm absolutely sure that she would take the book with all her heart to fill in the guesthouse.
